They say that Malvs has it but only limited number of stocks and it's up for grabs whoever buys it first

As stated before, there are no differences between the two kits, aside from the box art, manual, color scheme (not pastel), ver. Ka-style decals (similar to the MG Wing TV decals), and the Action Base 1 adapters. In short, the EW kit is just a re-release of the Katoki kit with a few additional add-ons, much like what happened to the MG Ball ver. Ka (re-released as the Type-K (08th MS Team) and the Shark Mouth ver.), Crossbone ver. Ka (to Full Cloth), and the Unicorn ver. Ka (to OVA ver.).
