The gauntlets are now red instead of blue, making the newer ones more 25th accurate. The cannon has also been replaced with 3 other machine guns and the packaging art "backdrop" has also been changed.
Also there's supposed to be a change with the Iron Grenadier as well (no camoflauge?) but I can't seem to spot any difference.
Gijoe vintage USS Flagg Diorama at the SDCC (it is mentioned that the Flagg is only a display piece and not coming out in the line.. too bad..) using POC figures.
Very nice dio. I can't wait to start doing my Flagg set up this week, after a year and half of it sitting in a box (too much work and little spare time) lol.
Contains almost all (if not all) of the background music from the 80s cartoons. Just music (sound effects are included though, couldn't be seperated from the music track I think). WAV format.
I believe this is fan made. Don't expect full stereo sound and the audio is a bit low ( I had to crank up the volume to get a "normal" level of sound) but it beats nothing.

Thanks Majingaa Zetto. Setting up the pics took about a week. Whew.. the sad part is, it all had to go back into storage after, since I have two kids running around the house now, I couldn't leave it "unguarded" otherwise they'd decimate the Flagg faster than Cobra. I'll probably set it up again some day when they're older...much, much older.

fantastic GI Joe spread, gold! hats off to the master collector.
too bad it had to go back to storage after the photo shoot. would have been nice to play around the USS flagg, maybe simulate a cobra raid on the carrier...
love the dial tone, btw. one of my favorites from the vintage line, along with lifeline, airtight, and spirit.

Thank you for the kind words Bruticus. Yeah, I would've loved setting it up like how the Flagg was shown at the SDCC. But I just didn't have enough time. Perhaps another time.

Just found this link
Commercials for the old GiJoe Marvel comics, but using Sunbow animation. It starts off corny but halfway onwards it becomes pretty cool, like using clips from the toy commercials (Love the scene where Flagg launches the Rolling Thunder onto Cobra Island!!!!) Lol, I'm glad they changed Destro's voice from the original, he sounds like a kid trying to make an "evil" voice. Hahaha.
To avail of figure (for free), you must be registered as "OFFICER LEVEL" at Gijoeclub.com before March 16, 2012. This is similar to how 25th Dialtone came out.
Hmm.. makes me wonder if they will release a carded version a la Dialtone again later at one of the conventions?
Considering the first 4 have been confirmed true, then it might be worth signing up.
Just a reminder, the price per figure is rumored to be $25 each! With 2 figures a month and a subscription sign up fee of $42, not inclusive of shipping costs(?) lol, at least the 13th figure is free.

Official Hasbro and Paramount Joe mini movie. Using stop motion animation and 25th Anniv figures.
In case anyone was wondering the whole "changing Cobra Commander thing" was supposedly a nod to the old errors in the Sunbow cartoons. But it was insanely annoying though.
