@V2 - already checked.. didn't see any comparison between the 2 but thanks for the info
Have to contribute something to this thread.
Had a little extra cash during summer time and decided to buy a ver.G30th rx-78-2 because I used to collect gundam kits back in the 90's most of them were SDs (didn't know back then that they were called SD haha) also collected few kits from Wing Gundam, G Gundam and X. I remember the last kit that I bought was Gundam Ashtaron during Gundam X days and after that I stopped and focus on other things haha.
Big fan of the universal century era and had knowledge about the units used in that century so I decided to get a 1/144 G30th rx-78-2 piloted by the one and only Amuro Ray. If I'm going to have an Amuro Ray mobile suit of course I must get Char's mobile suit also haha but I decided to go on and buy Amuro's units first then follow it up with Char's customized mobile suits.
Only have four kits and all of them are in 1/144 scale and I think I'm already done by having both iconic pilots and their two iconic mobile suits. I consider them both as Amuro and Char's alpha and omega suits of course there's no HGUC Nightingale available in the market right now but I'm hoping that someday we'll get our hands on that epic mobile suit in HGUC format!
Kits that I have all in 1/144 scale: G30th RX-78-2, RX-93 Nu Gundam, MSN-04 Sazabi and Char's customized Zaku II.
Here's two of my HGUC units both from Char's Counterattack. The Sazabi and the RX-93 Nu gundam.
Not that good as a builder and both kits are dusty.

Here is something my friend asked me to paint for him. Very quick OOB with a bit of a custom paint job and no cleaning of seams [I know it is sacrilege, but he was in a hurry].

Hi guys! It's been a long time since I have finished painting a kit. I had gunpla burnout for the past 7 months so I did other things for awhile. I started making this last february and just recently finished this today.
Sadly I lost the hand part for holding the bazooka so no bazooka action pose for me
I'll probaby have another gunpla break after this before starting on my next painted kit.

Here's my latest painted kit. It's an MG Z'gok painted in White Dingo colors (White Dingo is an Australian EFF team that's been tasked to retake Australia from Zeon) so it's painted in grey and bluish white motiff.
