a brief answer... MSIAs are playthings... gundams that you can play with... while GFF are display pieces, not much articulation but rich in detail and MSIAs are not really not detailed.

what's the difference between MSIA and GFF figures? who's got the better articulation? who's more detailed? and who's the most affordable? ;D to add MSiA are one of the cheapest in terms of action figures in Gundam where as the GFF is the most expensive one price range same as MGs they cost about 2K+ most expensive was 5K + it was the Deep Striker ata at GT. Keep in mind that GFF are not play toy they were made not meant to be played or abused like we used too hehehe they were just good for display. If you wanted to play more with action figure I recommend that you get an EMSiA they were very articulated like a small MG. They can be played or abused too many poses to your heart desire. In terms of the cheapest of the bunch was MSiA there price ranges from 600+ the most expensive was 1K+ .But you wont get much articulation than EMSiA by the way EMSiA stands for Extended MSIA. Also another thing to add if you wanted more articulation than EMSiA go get an HCMPro however they are a little expensive compare to EMSiA and smaller too so there you have it a little lesson on Gundam action figure what are you waiting for pick your action figure and go play with Gundam hehehe. Hope this helps hehehe .... ;D ;D ;D

I think Wonder Toys or Toy Town do have sales of MSiA just watch out for them nalang just in case hehehe .... pero I think GT has the most cheapest of the bunch. ;D

hcm pro: good - nice paint scheme, "internal detailing" on for such a small item, pre-molded hands with weapons. good sets of manipulators. molded of pvc/abs plastic which means zero bent/smudged parts. sometimes comes with a stand.
bad - 1/220 scale, ver.1.0 joints (not double jointed), some "scars" are visible in some areas.
msia/emsia: good - double jointed knees and elbows, fancy gimmicks (usually for emsia only), fairly decent sets of manipulators, high level of posability and durability. some msias are "test units" before a particular ms gets the MG/HGUC treatment.
bad - bent parts (on some antennas and such), bad center of balance for some variants, paint smudges on some intricate areas, some other qc issues.
GFF/Zeonography: good: very lavish details and markings, pointy and sharp molds, 1/144 scale, comes with a stand, some GFF are for GFF-exclusive (deep striker, refined barzam, fa mk.II, crossbone gundams, etc.)
bad: ver.1.0 joints, qc issues, horrible transformation sequences for transformable variants (zeta and zetaplus), bad sense of balance in some variants.

as xentar said, if you want pure articulation, get the MG - but keep in mind that that its prone to breakage - as its a model kit and not meant for playing or extensive re-posing. hcm-pro's arent that bad really, as they're quite posable even without the double jointed elbows - the knees are double jointed in some particular ms: s23.photobucket.com/albums/b385/newtypev2/HCM-Pro/

V2ah yes sir, i've been browsing your photobucket albums, dun nga ako napa tanong eh sa difference nila. xentarneed a smaller scale and a cheaper price, i pang display ko lang sa opis, it's not going to be a big collection, just a few lang, a squadron will do. ;D now my last question would be how "little" yung price difference ng hgm-pro with msia or emsia?

usually msias are priced around 750 at gt - depending if its a bigger version (bound doc, etc) or not.
hcmpros are usually 800 for regular types (mk.II, nemo, acguy) and 1.1k for "exquisite" types that have a lot of features (sfreedom, asshimar, etc)
emsias are 1.1k as far as i know.
