greetings, is xabungle the first "real" robot to be issued by soc bandai? me kasunod cgurado ito, un bigger companion robot nya, gallier. What do you mean "real" robot? SGP Real Robot Final Attack is an action Virtual On style game for the home console. You know, it's a one on one type of battle game which fits one super robot against another super robot inside a ring. In this game many famous super robots from the 80s and 90s were used (can be chosen in the line up as your fighter). Some of the robots included were Heavy Metal L-Gaim, Aura Battler Dunbine, Mobile Fighter G Gundam , Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, Metal Armor Dragonar, Gundam X and Xabungle to name a few..... I think what mannyd meant is that Xabungle's the first mechanical robot from the real robot series that 's made into a SOC by bandai. It's just my idea of what he(mannyd) meant, please do correct me if it's otherwise. ;D thanks

Hehehe, "Real Robots" are mechs that are more or less "mass produced", have "Army" applications and the there's no "enemy robot of the week" to kill, just enemy trooper mechs. Examples are Macross, Gundam, Patlabor, Xambungle, L-gaim, etc. "Super Robots" are mechs that have "death blows" and often deal with "monster of the week" that wrecks Tokyo and can take on insane amounts of damage and still win the day with just guts and willpower ;D. Voltes, Daimos, Mazinger, and the like are in this genre. I think G-Gundam is an attempt from the Gundam franchise to try to make it into a "Super Robot" themed show. Unfortunately some folks hate it, some folks love it.. BTW, There was also a PS2 game called "Real Robot Regimen", and yet it that had Combattler, Mazinger, Daimos etc aside from the Gundams. Hehe, Banpresto can be so confusing at times. with regards to Xambungle, I think it's actually 2 mechs in the package( I forgot the other mech's name). If so sobra sulit ng price if 3500Php lang. BTW, is Eva considered a "Real" or a "Supah" robot? This is one series I really didn't know which category to put it under Gold
