well yeah i get your point. but i honestly believe that at this point of my life its not that important. pero this could be my only chance with this. haay. what a life... i wish im just a gundam pilot... life is simple that way. Believe me....your earnings from the state is much better than what you would earn from here...here the taxes are too many and too high for an average worker.

i have a question. im young but not that young, but still i dont get it why everybody likes to leave this country and go to that place... yeah i know you will earn lots of $$$$$. i did work there. and i got lots of cool gadgets for my hard work. pero diba material stuff can only give you that much... then what... ----> snap into drama mode again.... and for my gundam. kahit sprues kasama. thats me. walang patawad. hehe Believe me....your earnings from the state is much better than what you would earn from here...here the taxes are too many and too high for an average worker. hey snap. it's friday now. i guess, you really need to finish up all the packings. bro, as i said before, don't forget to bring some clothes. and not just the gundams only. hahaha! ;D
can i add something to this topic. MG is right. one factor here is -- tax here is too much. and we all know where "IT" is going. not like in other countries, taxes do 'work for people'. govt abroad is much better compared to the govt here, to think that we have a small country. i always ask this to myself that how come a bigger country have a decent govt compare to a small country? "ang laking kalokohan yon di ba?" so my advice to you, while you're still young, go to places that you will know you'll have a better future. remember, its not always about the money/material things. the reason why filipino's are having a hard time to leave the philippines -- it's because we're all "sentimental". we always have a hard time 'letting go'. no offense here, but i also have a hard time letting go too. but i always think that i have to let go in order for me to move on.
and share ko lang ito sa yo... i also have a plan to leave the Philippines.
oh, i forgot... don't bring liquid materials, ok.

@snap pahabol: forgot to mention this bro -- in the US, you'll get paid for a 1 'specific job'. here, you'll get paid for your 1 'specific jobtitle' doing 3 'kinds of job'.
'basic pay pa yun.'
now, do the math. ;D
"if only the govt here can do the same what the singaporean/malaysian govt are doing in their countries, filipinos will not leave."

I agree... overwork, under payed And the gov't doesn't make any actions on investors' tax holidays Unfair db? Filipinos pay taxes all the time and these foreigners get a break on paying taxes in our own country? #$%!

I also agree with the three of you guys. Life here in the phils is slow in terms of progress and so as collecting gundam kits.
As for me, im almost half-way on my US immigrant visa processing and expect to leave this country next year. Once i get my signing bonus there, half of it will be spent on g-kits right away.

(its US based diba? duo maxwell's gundam) i always wanted to be a pilot since grade one. hehe.

wow. you're really a "gamer". im very impressed on the assortment of consoles... you could make a museum of some sort for them or something.
i used to remember how i sold off my gameboy for 500 back then...
looks like you need more "paking" up to do... and you'd better pak it real good!

@ quattro. hehe. i got most by myself. i dont ask money from my parents kasi... so when i buy something its definitely precious to me.. hard work and alot of effort to come up and save money at a young age. hehe. the g gundams were a mess. most of them were hand painted like when i was in grade school. it was my 1st entry in some contest way way back. the whole set. hehe... i lost that contest. i was against 18 yr old boys. i was 11 at that time i guess.
@ noeljm- i wont bring everything. i just needed to pack some of them so that when i leave nobody will steal and snatch anything. mahirap na... i will place it to my bodega... hehe.. i will only bring my unbuilt GSD kits which is already 1/2 balikbayan full. wow. didnt know they were that bulky... having major problems. miss calculating. well if it wasnt for those darn "paki padala" i would have enough space for everything.
@ v2 assault- thanks. i am almost complete of all 90's console. i think the only thing i dont have is the sega mega drive.. hehe. i like computers... there were no gundams before.. i got my gameboy for 500 pesos before... baka ikaw un. haha. the green from someone who needed money and was begging me to buy it. so i did..
