sweet purchases, people! here's what i've been acquiring recently. onodera karen from onegai twins by goodsmile company - although im more of a miina fan, this figure caught my attention. miharu fuyuki from pia carrot 3 by kotobukiya - finally got this figure after such a long hunt. takai sayaka from pia carrot 3 by goodsmile company - w00t! Gundam Fix Figuration #0016A XM-X1 Crossbone Gundam X-1 - even with the X-2 unit already acquired, i couldnt help but get this one. Yamato 1/48 VF-1J Valkrie & 1/48 GBP-1S Armor parts - sigh. valkries are so addicting as well make pretty d**n good office displays. i guess this will be the last 1/48 VF-1 toy i'll get (for now, because the VF-1A production type somehow appeals to me). Extended MS in Action Hyaku Shiki - at first i wasnt even thinking of buying it because i already have the GFF and HCMpro versions, but somehow the gold finish appealed to me - which was a good thing i did! it can even do poses from the Gvs.ZG game! Revoltech EVA-00 blue version - three reasons why i got this despite the fact that i dont like Rei: 1. im a sucker for sniper rifles. 2. im a sucker for one-eyed optical sensors. 3. i love blue colored variants. KOS-MOS from Xenosaga by Bome - dunno why, but femme fatales capable of imminent destruction suits my fancy. Canvas 2 PS2 game book - only seele knows why i got this... heh.

thanks, noel, MZ and V2 Assault! I've been wanting to get my hands on classic MOTU stuff for a while now, especially when I saw the new releases. Made me miss the vintage toys I had back then...(sigh!) @ MZ: yup, got both of them on Ebay for about $ 100. i think it was a fair price considering these guys are classics. @ V2 Assault: that is one mean Yamato valk. i like the add-on armor. makes it look heavier and meaner! ;D @ noel: cool gashas, bro. yeah, i've been wondering who has vintage thundercats toys, too.

its priced around 900 which is much of a surprise - i was expecting it to be around 1-1.2k considering the gold finish and the detailing on the legs. at that price for an emsia, its quite a "value" purchase.
