I forgot if this is the thread where somebody asked about display cabinets and stuff... But I'll post it here anyway...
[glow=red,3,300]***note: Too lazy to browse previous pages of this thread.. Bear with me... ;D ***[/glow]
Well, I went to SM makati to check on some display cabinets as well. I found one single door cabinet (glass on 3 side and wood at the back - also glass base for each "platform" - the one that divides one floor to another? ).. Good for corner areas or for really small square spaces.. Over 5 feet high.. for 3k
On the same department store, I saw a big display cabinet... 3 columns, glass only on one side (the front of course) and wood "platform"... for 2.8K...
Verdict...?

That's a good price for such a large cabinet.

hullo... here are some pictures of my worstation and tools (one for each actually) so as you can see, i have one comfy and ergonomic chair for long hours of sitting and building kits that can last for 12 hours at a time. a wide table, ample space for all the parts of the kit and my tools as well. and the most important is my lamp, like i said, good lighting is essential. and then here are my tools, btw i now have a cutter pliers to cut off the parts of the kit from the sprue, im still keeping the nail clipper coz it comes in handy sometimes. these tools are just enough for me to build/assemble a kit, have it panel lined, and do some minor painting just to get the details right.

hahaha i got used to it. i uhm made a mistake with painting my room... i painted the ceiling lemon yellow as well kaya EVERYTHING is yellowish (first time ko kasi... now i know why most ceilings are white). i plan on repainting my room someday with a more neutral color such as azure blue for the ceiling and maybe beige for the walls.
and that's also the reason why i have a lamp, its to compensate for my wrong lighting effect (para me white light ako ;D ) and i keep it close to me when i work... i really want my work area clear and bright.
@daycot: im a bit of an O.C. and autistic hehehe ;D must be organized and routined!
