Disneyland here I come!~ If I remember correctly, there's a Gundam shop somewhere near the biggest TRU store in HK. But it's a pain to get there, nearest MRT station is like 5 or 6 blocks away. Suggestion: When you arrive in the HK airport, get the tourist booklet, the Gundam store is mentioned there. ;D Hope this helps. ;D SGP

There's an airport bus that goes directly to Mongkok where the "toyland" is. It takes about an hour to get there. But since you're in a tour package, I take it you'll have someone from the hotel to pick you up? In that case you'll have to go from your hotel. Best bet is using the MTR trains. If you don't have enough time, just go to Mongkok. They're all in one place so no need to travel and waste your time. But take note that the shops there open at around 2pm upwards.
Hope this helps.
Peace

If you're in a rush while in HK, the two quickest places to hit, at least for me would be Causeway Bay Center, in Sugar Street, Causeway Bay and Sino Centre in Mongkok.
For Causeway Bay Center, take the MTR to Causeway Bay, and take the exit that will be nearest to Windsor House. Btw, Windsor House has HMV and Toys R Us. Windsor House should be at the end of the right corner of the street, assuming you got out of the proper exit. At Windsor House, go to the corner and take a right. Take a right again when you hit Sugar Street. Causeway Bay Center has a lot of small toystores that have different toylines, some japanese, some vintage, etc.
For Sino Centre, go to Mongkok via MTR, and exit via Bank Center. Take a left and walk along Nathan Road until you hit Sino Centre which will be on your left. Again, they have a lot of small toystores.
For a more complete list of stores, you may want to check out the PTK boards and look for the thread of HK toystores. There is a very extensive list there.
