I was wondering were can i find Gundam Books catalog? kasi i have seen some of the books that was on review in dalong.net. Astig puro information about MS designs and stuff and lots of pictures to drool ;D . kaya lang everything is written in Japanese so i can't understand everyword that is written on it pero ok lang as long as there were tons of pictures to look for. Are there any Gundam Books available here sa Pinas?

i haven't seen one nor heard of it. but if you like visit www.mahq.net it really tells you everything about a MS, who piloted the MS, technical profile, background story, almost everything, and its written in english. but about the pictures, im stump as well. mahq will give you almost all the information you need. i hope this helps? actually there's no such thing as an english-based MG book catalog. you can only find reviews of MG/HGUC-HGGS/PG/etc in monthly-released hobby magazines such as model graphix, hobby japan and dangeki hobby magazine. these are alternatives however on certain kits of a particular era - i have most of them and i truly recommend getting them since the contents are really good (actually they're compilations of MG kit revies from previous hobby japan magazines but hey, its pretty good for the price). www.hlj.com/hljlist2/?Dis=2&MacroType=GunBoo&from=detail&Word=gundam%20weapons(i would definitely recommend the ZZ, 0083 and new generation titles) these two recently released books however, are compiliations of kit reviews/customizations from dangeki hobby magazine (i have both, so far i find them pretty okay: www.hlj.com/product/MDW22803www.hlj.com/product/MDW23099

well these books would cost you around Php700+ each and you could say the shipping would cost you around 1k (provided you use SAL). so if you're gonna get them you should get many so you can maximize the cost of shipping.
so far there is no local importer of these books - there were however "bootleg" chinese versions of certain issues (GWeapons CHar's CA, GP01) which are printed in lower quality pages that would cost around 500. i only managed to find them at FILBARS branches only...
but that was like, 3 years ago so its tough luck if they're still around.

i think they're more like a simple compilation or something like a "checklist" for MG/HGUC/HGGS kits... dunno if they're that detailed with reviews.

but i think it is a catalog? it has little pictures in it of kits that were release on a particular year and with their respective information such as the price and scale and grade. i have a gundam kits catalogue here at home and its very similar.
but this "catalogue" still isn't what arch is looking for that's for sure.
