Hmm. the one i know of was a fan-made Starcraft overlay. some of the GML (mk.I) people worked on that, but it was taken down soon after, in some part to the fact that they found out that some people were making money off it, and it was supposed to be for free...and of course, that made for some potential problems with Bandai.

there's also this title called released in 1997 for the pc - "gundam: war for the earth" which featured AMERICAN actors as the white base's crew (and char aznable was a genuine blonde!). the gameplay is like those old cartoonish dungeons and dragons game (featuring that "dirk" guy?) in which you have to press certain buttons to avoid death or the end of the game...
it was horrible. despicably horrible. that's all i have to say.

There is one PC Gundam game worth mentioning: Gundam Online - an MMORPG based on the Gundam Universe. www.universalcentury.netI think it was called Gundam Century. It's a shame they didn't finished the TC mod since a lot of Starcraft and Gundam fans really enjoyed it. BTW, it was the most popular Total Conversion mod of it's time. There are, but none working properly. The best one is full buggy, full of graphical issues, can only reach the title screens on some games, can not run most games, and frequently crashes. Even if they successfully created one, it will most likely require tremendous amounts of PC power to achieve playable framerates. In long run, upgrades to play the emulator would cost more than purchasing a brand new PS2.

I chatted with some of the guys involved, and they were partially disheartened when they saw bootleg CD's selling their mods for money.
