i think i've posted one or many before on this thread from page 1...
MSiA is roughly 1/150 in scale. check my previous post on this thread showing an HGUC HAZEL and MSiA HAZEL for comparisons. hope that helps.

As requested by Sir noel, here's the size comparison between 1/35 Lancelot kit vs. HGGS 1/144, HGUC 1/144 S-gundam, and MG Strike noir! vs HGGS 1/144 CGUE D.E.E.P. ARMS vs HGUC 1/144 S-Gundam vs MG stiker noir

Hi!!!
I'm a newbie and planning to buy my first model kit Lancelot Air Cavalry or Conquista... I'm just wondering if the 1/100 scale of Lancelot has the same size with the 1/100 scale Exia which is around 8-9 inches?
Please help.
PS. I don't know if 1/35 is bigger than 1/100 or if its the other way around.

1/100 means that the model is 100 times smaller than how it supposedly is in the tv show.
and since gundams are really big compared to those code geass robots (in their respective tv shows), the code geass scale size of 1/35 is small.
if a gundam kit were at 1/35 scale, it'd be huge.

I thought the pics posted above already explained the size difference between the 1/35 Geass kits with 1/144 and 1/100 Gundam kits. But to add to andrew12345's post, a 1/100 Geass would be a celphone figure or a key chain. I don't think you can find a kit that size anymore... The simple way to understand a scale size is that the bigger the number (1/100, 1/144 or 1:100, 1:144) the smaller the figure based on the mech/figure's actual size. And vice versa, the smaller the number (1/35, 1/24, 1/12 or 1:35, 1:24, 1:12) the bigger the size.

REALLY!?!?!? The reason why I was asking this silly question is because of the Lancelot that was being offered at Greenhills and Makati, the woman there said that the scale being offered for Lancelot was 1/100 and it was in a big box, together with other gundam kits which scales 1/100, offered at around a thousand plus pesos. And to think a small item sold at that price was ridiculous for me...
I think I was not able to clarify things with the woman regarding the scale that was available for Lancelot. Thank you Genji and andrew12345 for the information you gave, it was very helpful!!!

Thank you Genji and andrew12345 for the information you gave, it was very helpful!!! There are kits that have ridiculously high prices like Fine Molds Star Wars kits (but the details are superb) and the Mospeada Leggios kits (I still can't believe the price), but it would be best to check GT Forum, HLJ, Hobby Search or MAHQ (and others) for the kit details. Well it happens a lot specially if the person or sales lady you asked is new or that part of the store is not their "territory". That's also the reason why I lurk around and ogle at the stuff first before asking since sometimes they can't recall every single item which is natural for human memory.
