Thanks, Mykeleleng. Just trying to make these kits look pleasing somehow to the other fellow collectors.. because without these slight touches, surely, they will be a pain your eyes. Yup Stalker888, it can transform into MA mode. But I tell you, when you try that, everything falls apart, and you cannot pose it the way you want it in MA mode since some joints were lose. Well what can we expect from a bootleg... nothing but crap. LOL! And now, may I present... again... "Astray Red Warrior"! The original kit's samurai is the only thing painted in silver, but in the case of this bootleg, even the holster of the samurai was painted in silver. What a nice crap! Yehey! Did'nt bother painting the kit as well. My kudos to this kit, although it's a bootleg, its poseability is awesome. But the lose and clumsy joints were still present. Surely I will look for the 1/100 version of the Astray Red Frame kit (of course, from BANDAI) when I return in the Philippines. For sure the 1/100 from BANDAI is way way superb! Tight poseable joints. Will post the pics of the "Smash Warrior" which is originally, the Gouf Ignited next. So for now, keep on laughing.

Thanks R0bertz0d and GundamX for the kudos. Regarding Qb's question.. Yes, the "Astray Warrior" is somehow ok. It gave me a bit of satisfaction after completing it compared to "Chaos Warrior". About the plastic, it is way far different than BANDAI's. It lacks crisp details and most of the parts have this "overflow" on the sides/edges. That's why you need some trimmings and stuffs like that just to make them fit and look good. Surely because their mold was made by using the trees (is that correct? LOL!) of the original kit from BANDAI. Panel lines were also dim or not that accented. Wherein some were over accented. The PVC joints lacks quality also. Unlike BANDAI's, they are a bit softer, which is why they easily wear off and gets lose sometimes. The stickers do not stick at all! Looks like they only used "gawgaw" paste that you can buy from school supplies for the price of 2 pesos, I guess. Nyahaha!! Oh well, that is what I can say about the quality of the plastic... for now. Have'nt tried building the other three "warriors". Oh, and btw.. seeing the parts of the "Abyss Warrior", man, it looks.. oh my.. terrible. Worst, the fin for the forehead was missing! LOL! PEACE!!

hi mordecai, i'm also here in KSA but i've never seen any of these bootlegs you've shown. where in ksa is the hobby shop you're talking about? all i can find around here are transformers classics and movie releases from hasbro at TRU.
great work on the bootlegs by the way, but i wish they'd sell the real thing here!

Thanks for all the kudos. Just came back from Jeddah for some work, that's why I was not able to update this thread. Will work on the kits again tomorrow. Btw, even these kits are bootlegs, am hooked into them since there are no original ones. Got myself again the 1/144 Gunnner Zaku Lunamaria use. LOL! Hay, I swear, once nakauwi na ako sa pinas, nakow! dami ko talaga bibilhin na kits. Gastos at sermon from my wife for sure! AHAHAAYY!! Just can't resist the temptation.

I actually own the Red and 2 Blue WARRIORS... And honestly, you did a good job on making the eyes look better. Mine looks terrible at face to face angles... Also, the "Smash Warrior" was a good and easy build in my part. Wag lang manggigil pag ayaw tumuloy ng peg... ;D I also bought myself a 1:100 Providence WARRIOR once to see if the quality was any better. Guess what... Stick to the 1:144s... :-P

Ive seen lots of specialty stores with them. heck even the very very old bendi that i thought only exists in asia got here. if you dont look closely the bootlegs now really look like the real ones box wise atleast. thanks to james from our local hobby store for this picture.

bretheren, the thing about fake kits is that most beginner modelers can use them as a practice kit. even if u screw up, u wont feel as bad as when u fail your original kit. plus, these fake kits are excellent for battle damaging. hehehehe
