Let me think...... Since there is one in Makati, he can cater a lil of the Southern Manila area. With greenhills, It can accomodate the West side of Metro Manila.... and with the Taft branch taking care of the Eastern area... I think it's the Northern area of the metropolis that is missing his excellency....... Caloocan area ia a good spot or if Malvs wants, he's all welcome with open arms sa me tondo vicinity (",) esp. in the Divi area, lots of bootleg stuffs but with almost negative "orig" collector items!! Think about all the prospective buyers that goes to Divi everyday... tons of them. Ito naman eh opinion ko lang,hehehhe....

Yeah... of course gt should have branches all over the country (if possible)
Cebu is a must for a gt outlet because of great collectors such as you and sgp, and all of the rest of you there......... ;D

If GT goes nationwide, I bet Sir Malvs can establish a "GT Network"! ;D Can you imagine that? I still recommend Market Market as a possible spot for it since almost all of the northbound and southbound travellers passby C5. Plus, the hobby industry there will be monopolized by GT! Tons of hobby enthusiast were there the last time I visited.

sana indi mag mahal ang toys if ever magkaron ng GT branch jan sa mga malls na yan... kc mukang mahal ung bayad sa place...

possible south areas:

mukang mahal nga rent sa festi, pero ang dami pang free space doon. nandun yung RAM's Hobby, JAE, special toy center, 2 more hobby shops... then the retailers, kidz station, toy-town, wonder toys. ok ang toy market sa festi, pero, mukang mahal yung rent.

if he wants class, and buyers that are interested in sports and toys, pwede sa Alabang Town Center..... maraming buildings doon, either owned by ayala or madrigal... but i think rent is really expensive

SM southmall ok din, pero mukang mahal rent dun.

Metropolis, under or next to the alabang viaduct. ok din kasi mukang cheap yung rent, pero it's more of a hassle (traffic, crime rate, and the alabang viaduct (or bridge) will be closed sometime soon, so imagine the raffic)

or pwede siya magrent sa mga buildings along Zapote.
