I went recently to South Station Mall in Alabang, there are still lot of spaces and you wont believe how much the rent is, it's cheap... So Sir Malvs, how about this site? will you consider it? Lot of potential buyers here... and you will help us a lot..here in the south..

Eastwood or much better sa Cubao Araneta Ctr/Gateway ... MRT & LRT2 both connects there so its an easier ride! ;D
