how to Ebay and Paypal from the phillipines?

can anyone explain how you can do ebay in the philippines? iirc, paypal does not accept registration from the philippines...

I use BidPay for any purchases I make in eBay.

Though when I got an item from Germany I had to use Western Union Money Transfer DIRECTLY.

BidPay's system is simple, register to their site and you will be able to send money through Western Union Money Transfer anywhere in the states.

All you need to have is an American Express or VISA credit card. (Sorry MasterCard is no longer acceptable by BidPay)

Please take note that Bidpay is less secure than PayPal since the person receiving the money can cash out the money without sending you the item and there is nothing you can do to stop the person. When that situation happens its time to make use of eBay customer assistance.

I also used bidpay twice... pretty easy way to pay using this scheme though very limited.... not all sellers accept it.
I usually ends up depressed, everytime I saw an item I really wanted in ebay and bidpay's not one of the options for modes of payment
