twisted: well that's not the whole story. since our retirement contribution was effective since MAY, we'll be deducted for 3 months more to compensate for the increase in contribution even our salary increase... no one knows when we're going to get our WHOLE increase, kasi pinagdidiskitahan pa ang increase namin eh nabigay na! asar! so everything is SOOOOOO shady as to how much we're earning. luckily for me i still have my savings to fall back on when push comes to shove ;D

@ Uber - Well, that's 10,000 points for the man who saves for the rainy season! I hope the issue on your salary is solved A.S.A.P.! But, just to make sure I got it right, you'll be deducted 3 months worth for the retirement contribution to cover for (JAN, FEB, MAR.. ? what about APR?) Isang biglang deduction yun?

no since effective yun increase sa retirement since the month of MAY, kelangan bawiin yun payment para dun. so dapat nun MAY 10% na pero 5% lang ang deduction non and 5% pa rin till june to august. so may 3 months na lumipas. kaya from sept onwards 10% ang deduction para sa retirement plus yun additional 5% for the previous 3 months na hindi nasama noon pa.
so from oct to dec 15% ang deduction namin for the retirement contribution.
oh i forgot something. hindi nga pala 10% and 5% its actually 7%(employer) and 3%(employeed) and 4%(employer) and 1%(employee). so kung titignan natin hindi sya talaga ganon kabigat. it just so happens, nagkasabay-sabay yun deduction namin for this month of sept. double tax plus increased retirement.

@uber - ah... may share din naman pala yung employer.. well.. you just have to tighten your belt for the mean time.. good thing is you saved.. ;D

nah i don't have too, well budgeted ako, even with the increased deduction on target pa rin ang money ko. i can still pay the bills, buy my groceries, go on dates, set aside for my savings, and of course my basic operational expenses such as fares, etc. and a little money for an emergency purchase (non-toy, real necessities such as medicines or whenever the need arises). ang nawala lang is yun pambili ko ng gundam kits. so no toys for me till mid october, i hope?

GRIPE: I accidentally bumped a car at our office parking lot last week....buti nalang damage was minimal..but sheesh cost is cost....the sad thing about it was it was my birthday.
BRAG: I just turned 29...but everybody esp the office peeps thought that I was 20-22.
BRAG: Got my Zoids at a discounted rate....it pays to befriend sales people and customs people...just don't forget to show them some love heheheh.

Normally I'd look at the side mirrors when I back out but .... there were two other cars maneuvering beside me that I got distracted....next thing I know Bam...some scratches and a broken signal light to my colleagues car, sa akin naman some minor scrathes to the plastic bumber...no biggie...good thing madali lang sya kausapin. SGP: hahaha only had pizza and some chicken skin chicharon (something worse in cholesterol levels compared to lechon) B |
