I'm thinking of getting an i-pod so couple of q's lang. 1. Where can I download jap songs? 2. Whats the difference between an ipod mini and shuffle? 3. Is it worth getting an ipod? Thanks in advance guys.  |

dunno about japanese songs, but ipod mini is hard drive based player, smaller than an ipod, comes in 4gb and 6gb variety. ipod shuffle is a flash based player, much smaller, no lcd, comes in 512mb and 1gb size.
if i were you, i would buy the ipod nano. it has 4gb capacity of ipod mini and is closer in size to the shuffle. plus it has a lcd screen that can display pictures!

I used to have a discman when i was in college. and it's a drag bringing my cd album. 12 discs in one album. imagine storing 1,000 songs pre ganun kalaki difference.
about the nano:
it's $250 for the 4 gig pero just add another $50 you can get the regular sized ipod for $300. then..add another $30 may U2 ipod ka na.
pero if you want it light then get the nano but if you'll be using it for your car like me i'd get the 20 gig ipod.

to answer your number 2 and number 3 question I-pod shuffle doesn't have a screen and it has only a small limited hard drive (128, 256, and 512MB) compared to i-pod mini  while i-pod mini has a large amount of hard drive with 4 GB and it has a screen and it is a very popular one. To answer number 3 question the answer is "Yes" its worth getting an i-pod i myself have been planning to get an i-pod too i still need to make ipon ipon and eat skyflakes all day just to save for the i-pod hehehe ;D. You won't regret getting an i-pod. ;D |

An I-Pod is worth getting! ;D My cousin has one with 40 gigs of memory! He bought it from the US earlier this year. Its handy and you can store all the MP3's or whatever you like in it!

I do own a 40GB ipod with the accesories like the iTrip and the Belkin Car Kit...it's pricey but IMHO it's worth it...considering was able to put my mp3 collection all in one location with still a lot of room to spare. Aside from playing songs...you can store contacts, play some games, acts also as temporary storage device for files and store/view photos (ipod photo and ipod nano). If you wanna play the songs in your car and not particular about sound quality, go for the iTrip if not the car kit will do.
1. You can prolly try in Limewire....I was able to find some anime sountracks in there.
2. It was mentioned already previously
3. Like I mentioned...it's pricey but worth it.
