Mine.. hmmm... i was looking for a nick for my Quake 2 LAN games back in high school, i wanted something short... at first i had Shadow Reaper (Shadow - for the black cape, Reaper - Grim Reaper) it was long and tiresome to write. I decided to change it to something that reflects me while i was playing the game... hehe ;D yah... when i start fraging people, it became chaotic in the area, not to brag but in a sence i was one of those good players that poeple tend to gang up on.. so Chaos was the best pick... i wanted it to be unique but sounds the same so i changed the 's' to 'z' ;D ;D

raven99: really? i never knew that. but merriam webster dictionary defined it as "above all else" - UBER ALES - hmm come to think it does sound synomous above-over. OH WELL it still sounds cool to me hahahah ;D thanks for translation raven ;D Adelaine and alex: ah ok gotcha... and here i thouht you were referring to franz kafka... hehehe silly me. i never got to play with FFVI.

to UJ and raven99: hmmm... i always though "uber" meant big, a lot or in excess of. never bothered to look it up in the dictionary. rather, i just assumed the meaning of the word from watching johnny bravo. remember the "UBER MASS" episode? where he got really really big and fat overnight? that's where i got the idea.
guess it shows how reliable the information you get from a cartoon whose star character is a moron, huh? hehehe ;D

to patacat: it does also mean excessive. ;D hehehe sorry if my earlier post was a little vague cuz there are lots of definition for "over". Über... over-; super-; über- ....or über... over; above über... over; for e.g. over lunchtime as for JBravo...well uber mass will be like "over weight"

hmmm...this has been my nickname ever since I went online years back especially with IRC...everybody calls me Blitz ever since...he wasn't my favorite but I suppose:
1. it sounds cool 2. the multiple transformations describe my persona (although Sixshot is more appropriate but it all falls back to reason #1)
to sum up...it means these 8 words "I've got game and I've got mad skillz!!".

in medieval japan, samurais were warriors who swore loyalty to their liege lords called daimyos, who in turn commited themselves to the emperor. for the samurais, it was a big deal. there were times when a samurai lost a master to the enemy. until he found a new master, he spent his life wandering, like a leaf tossed by the wind, like a flotsam in the midst of waves... ...such warriors were called ronin.

in other words... "masterless servants" ;D hehe, that's one way of putting it. at the time, ronins were looked down upon, as there was no honor in being a samurai if he had no master. sometimes they turn into bandits or perhaps mercenaries or thugs. nowadays, with emphasis given to individual rights and liberties, the term ronin takes on a new (and more positive) meaning. you can say his motto would be something like being "the captain of my ship and the master of my soul."

I used "Peace" when I started playing this kind of games. Back then it was Decent. My message was, I come in "Peace", don't shoot at me. By the time we got to Quake 2, the name has changed into someone you don't want to meet in the field. Ah the good old days. What's your favourite weapon, mate? Mine's the railgun. I used to shoot people mid-air with it. I miss that game...are there still online hosts for this game? I take it you've tried "Chaos"? Peace
