gripe: ang gulo talaga ng boss ko! our queuing system project was scratched months ago and now he want's me to build it in a couple of weeks. and yet i really don't feel the pressure, maybe because i could say "we don't have much time". maybe next term... that's for sure. but for the end of this term, designing, developing, and building a working prototype... could be done in 3 weeks, and construction for another 2 plus trouble shooting hmm.. another two weeks... and building the actual thing with packaging and purchasing the materials... hmm a week maybe? so that's 6 weeks... clearly not enough time. now that's a load off my shoulder.

i dont mind the work (i'll probably enjoy doing this), but what i do mind are people breathing down my neck. asking me for time tables and committing myself to a certain deadline that im not really sure of making it. hay caramba! crunch time if ever. and yesterday my partner talk about the design of the thing and its sooooo much complicated than our original design.
hay bahala na, que sera sera

Gripe...Major one!
In a call center, I head a reports team made up of myself and 2 staff. Due to productivity/cost issues, I have to let one go and return him to phone support. I don't know which one is scarier -- letting a person he's off the team or absorbing all the load of that person!
