A GP doctor could help you. good luck!

i have this somewhat an injury around my left ankle joint - it all started when i "jolted" my left foot down during a badminton tournament last august.
(if you've seen slam dunk, its akagi's (gorilla dunk!) injury in some eps - when he positions himself for a dunk he shifts (or nag "buelo") pressure down his feet before and after making his trademark jump/dunk - in which his ankle areas seems to be sustaining intense strain/damage for having too much pressure - leading to intense pain before/after he makes his moves)
eventually i kinda got worried about it considering im already at the age wherein the body starts to "depreciate" (NOTE: im not in my 30's yet, mind you!) after your body stops developing once it reaches the adult stage. there's not really any pain involved during sessions, but i can really feel that there's something wrong (such as a click/crack sound herein your joints are shifted sometimes- kinda like when you "crack" your fingers or neck like bruce lee)
- the wierder part is that it comes and goes during my gym and badminton sessions/tournaments. eventually i came up with the self-conclusion that it must be that the joints need exercise to keep it from coming back - like maintenance.
then comes the colder christmas season - eventually every chilly morning as i do my morning routines my left ankle joint limps but it goes away after a few steps. realizing this i consulted a subordinate who's also a PT student back then, and after a few sessions of massaging the "injured" ankle it eventually felt better - no more limping for the last few days now after waking up. (my subordinate commented that its the "ugat" that got clogged and "nilamig" thats why i limp on chilly mornings...
so far, so good - hopefully.
so i would really suggest that you consult with someone who's an expert in that field. also have your cholesterol, triglicerides, uric acid checked - as they're the main causes of rheumatism/arthritis. avoid pork fats, soybeans and bean products as much as possible as they're the ones with the highest levels of uric acid daw. also remember to perform stretching exercises before an exercise session.
so, as early as possible fix it before it gets worse.

WOW, that's quite an advice.
if i remember it correctly, wingseyemd also adviced not to eat too much gravy, uric acid thingy.
well i got something to gripe... my left knee is still sore only when i bend it like sitting in a jeepney or an fx and my right shoulder muscle hurts, i think i tore a muscle?
is there any cure for torn muscle, it couldn't be muscle pain coz it only lasts for 3 days. but this one is been bugging me for almost 2 months now, it hurts when i raise my right arm sideways. any advice on this?
