why not give her the whole package? give her flowers/gift, see a movie, have dinner, go to a bar have a couple of drinks, go home and sing her a song, then sh@g her to top it off ;D (pardon me for saying this part, but that's reality for you right?), and finally talk a little more while cuddling and tell her how much you love her yada yada yada you get the picture ;D
and if you got the whole day to spend... why not spend an afternoon in intramuros, and watch the sunset at the bay (just hope theres a good weather).
bottom line is... why just stop on giving a gift right? its an anniversary, make the day/night special ;D
GOOD LUCK ;D
oh and try not to give her roses (unless she really loves them) coz its just too cliche, get her a fair sized bouquet, lilys would be nice, colorful bouquets are great. not too small or simple coz it will make you look like your going cheap on her and not too big coz believe me... its hard to carry, the size would look great but carrying it around is very inconvenient.

tobatzin a resto where you are comfortable with, in terms of the food, service and ambiance. somewhere you are familiar na as to not to get confuse on things. it's a hassle if you don't know what to expect, what to order etc.

oh yeah... that's a good idea. trial and error on a special occasion is too risky
