the situation is: the seller is from the philippines. he posted his auction on international ebay and the item price is $100. let's say the current exchange rate of dollar to peso is Php 50. why is it that in my ebay summary page, the Php amount under $100 is Php 4,500? if i meet the guy in the philippines, how much am i supposed to pay for the item? are we going to follow the Philippine exchange rate or the ebay price? thanks guys

It's best you ask the seller directly, the answer varies from seller to seller. There's an 'Ask the seller' link in eBay listing pages for such inquiries.

But i think the seller wants the transaction tru paypals eh. contact the seller, is still the best way to answer your questions
