Ok question
So International sellers accept the Philippine based Paypal Account?
Some Local collectors have Paypal accounts made from a bank account in the USA. So Paypal Philippine based accounts are accepted na in Ebay international?
If yes, can you have a Philippines based paypal account with a Paypal Verified/Confirmed address?
Address means your place where you're living and not the e-mail address yes? I noticed at the Paypal Philippines site says e-mail address "verify/unverified" option. It verifies your email but not your place address?
This is the usual problem at ebay now for locals like me/us before. Sellers won't send items to an unconfirmed address even though you can pay by Paypal.
Any help and clarifications?
Thanks!

I've been using local Paypal to pay for international Ebay auctions for some time now. It's linked to my credit card and I've yet to have any problems with it. The only hassle i can think of is that there will be a additional 4% charge when you pay due to Bank transaction fees.
Usually what I do is I contact the Ebay seller and ask if he will accept shipping the item to the Philippines and how much the total would be and I always mention that I can pay via Paypal. Sometimes some sellers will only ship to the States and sometimes they will only accept US based Paypal (I've only encountered 1 seller like this though).
