in my opinion, they used a nice, deep blue and red. ;D but maybe they should give it a nice chrome finish to make it look more metallic (kinda like the renewal versions).

also, i think the cockpit covers would look better if they're transparent.

Hmmmm......something looks off.

It could be the size of the pic, but looking at it, it almost looks like a gashapon than it does an SOC.

The paint job just looks to....flat, giving it the impression that its not as....solid, as we would want it to be.

Well, these are just all prototype pics so I'm sure the final product will look much better. Thankfully, Bandai is pretty reliable when it comes to things like that!

I agree with Bruticus, the cockpit should be translucent.. but chrome? hmm.. One thing i noticed, all the white parts of V5 (shoulders, waist, thighs are now silver.. good thing! see photo below..

Should bandai repaint it into white to give it show accurate colors but might look plastic?

to seele01: im sure they'll add the rubber pegs to cover the holes!

to patacat: i noticed they are trying to copy cartoon colors!

to vic01: size? estimate 9+ inches!
