you know what guys, bakit parang ang gaang gastusin ng pesos comared to Dollars. kse kung tutuusin, sa iba eh ilang oras lang na trabaho yung presyo ng V5 na bago pero hindi pa rin ganun kadali bilhin. Siguro depende na lang talaga sa priorities.
Can you guys post more pics of your purchases para mainggit naman kaming walang V5?

Random thought: Since you guys have the opportunity to inspect a SOC V5 for imperfections before buying so its safe to assume that maraming matitirang 'imperfects' then. what happenes to those units? will the reatiler send it back to the supplier?  or sell it a lower price to the consumer or kaya still sell it at the same price of 9K or 10K? now that's scary bro, kawawa ako coz i haven't paid for my voltes at gt... sana naman i will not be getting those imperfect voltes v.... |

just finish assembling my voltes...i'm very very happy to see him standing in my cabinet...i can say that my voltes is not really that perfect condition coz i got a frigate with dark spots at corners of his thigh near the crotch as size of a needle... and i think, a little defect can't really affect you not to be excited and happy if you really a voltes v fan...at first im thinking to sell it because of the QC problems but i dont know...in seconds im actually volting and assembling my voltes...i guess the defect in mine is just 1-2% and the rest is absolutely good...  also, i have a question, is the connection between the panzer and frigate "wiggling" in a robot mode...is it common....thanks... |

I got mine from an eBay seller named hobby_japan based in Japan (100% perfect feedback -- not sure kung linked sya with HLJ). Even though I spent $175 each with EMS shipping, it came in just 4 days, with tracking number, with excellent packaging, with no flaws whatsoever. Pati kahon, wala yung mga maliliit na gasgas na common sa mga galing sa display at sinalansan ng maraming beses. Baka sinuwerte lang ako, pero that would be a viable option para sa mga US residents -- look him up kung meron pa sya. Mas may play factor pa rin yung Popy version... pero can't complain... we wished for this excellent toy and Bandai delivered. Since kilala sa Pinas si V5, di maiiwasan na pagkakitaan sya... just be wise and know your limits sa pagbili. And yes... miss ko na yung pizza lancer ko  |

ryuhao... are you really based in Singapore? Wow... I should visit you one of these days... I (or at least one of my family members) often go to Singapore since my sister-in-law is based there. Anyway, this might clear some issues... (or it may complicate some more) ;D Normally, i would only buy hard to find collectibles in Singapore since prices of collectibles there are more or less the same as the Philippines...sometimes, prices here are even lower. Anyway, i already got word that the prevailing rate of V5 in Manila and Hongkong is about PHP8,000-PHP8,500... I was surprised that Singapore sellers were selling theirs at S$190-200 (PHP6,460 to PHP6,800)... get in bulk and they will give it at $180 (PHP6,120)... the sellers in Singapore are very accomodating. Ok... dont quote me on this... this is what one of seller/store owner replied when I asked him about the price difference between Singapore and Manila/HK... "I think HK sellers are jacking up the price because they know Voltes V is hot in the Philippines, US and Europe. Aren't you wondering why the Combattler reissue is more affordable than V5 considering they have the same SRP?" again... i'm not the one who said that... i just echoed the reply given to me when i made the inquiry... whether you believe this or not is up to you... If you know someone going to singapore, there is a lot of stock here. And I only got mine for S$200 (x33 = php6600) only. Anyone interested, can PM me and I'll PM you where to find the shops selling Voltes here, since it is not as popular here as in the PHil. PHP10K is highway robbery there. peace |
