No Chain Knuckles, No Finger Missiles, No Ultra Electro Magnetic Top, No Flame Thrower thingy at his belt and lastly...

No Mechanical Eagle. It seems that the Mechanical Eagle is like that is the Grendy Spacer Set that was released on a later date...

Though I could be wrong...
