true. he must be in the Real Robot category, right? but based on the Revoltech website, they put him in the Super Robot category.
i'm curious, what's the difference between Super Robot & Real Robot? ;D

sorry, i'm just curious how the legal issues of toys abroad. recently, i just read something about the upcoming MP Megatron to be put an 'orange tab' or something in the US on the barrel of the toy. that's sad if you're a mint collector.

The Giant Robo only has two hands for accessories? Not even a weapon? Sigh..... I wonder if they're cost-cutting.....

ninja Giant Robo has the shoulder armor missle gimik that you can turn it around. i think there's some pictures of that from my previous post.
you know what i think with this Revoltech lines being the same in price but it became less with the accessories? i think they scale the materials that they're going to use to make it to the Y1998 price range only. for example, look at the Evangelion, it's slim, so the rest of the materials/PVC are thrown into the weapons and accessories. so when you look at the Giant Robo, look how enormous it is? imagine the price of the PVC/materials used to make it. so if they have a 1 kilo of PVC/ABS, they will fit it with the figure and the accessories. get my idea?
that's my speculation only. but i think it's 75% true. ;D hehehe. because, if you look on the upcoming Revoltechs, it's becoming bigger/wider but less weapons/accessories. still, i'm wishing that there will gonna be a Revoltech GODANNAR.

i don't think your theory works though coz if you noticed the Getter 2 is one of the slimmest Revoltechs yet is still priced the same as everyone else but has no accessories at all.... not that it needs any.... but you get my drift.... and Prime has lesser accessories than King Gainer but Gainer's a lot heavier looking than Prime.... maybe its really the cost cutting.... I'm also hoping for a Revoltech Godannar but a Daimos or Mazinger Z Revoltech would be nice as well, not to mention a Revoltech Megatron to go along with Prime....

Yah I agree with you hope they can have a remake of the long forgotten Daimos (Eeerika ..... Riiiichard hehehe Faaather ooops wrong dialog) .... Also Megatron might be possible in the future. Hope that they can also make a Voltes V or a Combatler V Revoltech versions cause they are a part of the Super Robots naman eh. I don't mind if they can separate or not what really the matter is the figure itself.

ninja that's ok bro. like i said, it's a theory, my take on revoltechs and my opinion. coz lately i see new Revoltech figures with less weapons and accessories. unless the character itself has less accessories, that's a consideration. but still, i'm glad that their SRP price are fixed. but you can't blame me for paying the same amount for upcoming Getter 3 with just the 2 extra hands & arm, compared to fully loaded Eva-Units. hehehe. ;D peace.
arch yup, i wish SR units will be released in Revoltech form too. then officially, it will be my first SR-related Toys. hehehehe.
do you remember years ago, there's some Resin Figure kits of Daimos & Voltes V? Voltes V in Voltes Bazooka form & with UEM Top. Daimos in kick form. i think it's 4 inches tall. one-pose lang. but the proportion & pose are great. maybe they can do that proportion on this Revoltechs 'Daimos' & 'Voltes V'. what d'ya think? ;D

@no3ljm same here bro. just speculating too. hehe. 'guess we're the same. even though accessories are becoming less, it won't stop us from getting the upcoming Revoltechs. It's sad that there are less accessories but that doesn't stop me from getting excited to get them! i'm really getting them for the Super Robots.... finally an SR line that's in scale with MSiA! ;D archVoltes V and Combattler V will make a great addition! Why not throw in Gaiking, Dancouga & Grendizer also? Then we can start building a Revoltech Super Robot Army. With these, I can finally make a mini-dio of Super Robot Wars which will include Gundams! ;D Here's to Kaiyodo hearing our wishes! Cheers! ;D

@no3ljm and quattro bajeena yah I remember those Daimos figs back then that has a high kick and an all diecast parts. Maybe that was possible. I think it all really depends on the popularity. Gaiking would also be possible and also Grandizer. Yah I think if we wanted to collect super robots but can't afford those SOC that are so expensive Revoltech is the alternative for us. Its like Revoltech was really made for the masses hehehe .... ;D Hmmm one question thou who's the real creator behind those Revoltech toys? Who invented them?
