It's really awesome Now,I really don't like doubles, that's why am on a lookout for a white (Variant) Sasquatch just to get another tube for apocalypse's arm. ---and--- Planning to complete a ML10 Sentinel Series. Is it not too late for it??Is there still a chance to complete this set  Never knew that it's harder completing ML sets than SRs....  There are lots of competition merely by buying them in outlets, huuuuu...... Total Chaoz..... ;D man good luck in completeing the sentinel set. i think sinister,mystique,omega red are hard to find..oh yeah had a chat with my ofcmates.. says one time last week he passed by shoppesville gh and saw some full sentinels only priced from p1k to p1800. kinda find it hard to believe the p1k part but its worth looking. WingseyeMD here's a tip. Buy an above SRP sinister first (since his part is the hardest to find - R leg) if you can still find an SRP one at TK makati good for you. Then buy a variant set (which has 5 figures) at SM City fairview, they still have some with all the figures you need to complete sentinel. And the bonus is you get a variant angel (L leg sya). Choose the set with mystique then just buy an SRP omega red (they have the same part), madami pa dun sa TK SM CITY fairview. This is exactly what i did to complete my sentinel triad recently. If you need help with the sinister papahanap ako sa mga kakilala kong TK rep sa mega.
Pero recently madami na ding Mystique sa TK Mega but you may never know the hoarder behavior.

Wingseye hahabulin mo pa ba ML and the variants? Maswerte ako may nagbitaw kasi sa akin din ng MD tulad natin. I got my first ML variant (red skull) from him during the oathtaking at PICC and that was 5 months ago. Now complete ko na mga MOC na ML, except for the super mahal series 3 unmasked wolvie which reached a value of 200$ in its heyday.
Isa pang ML line na maganda quality is series 8 which had 4 variants. Mahahabol mo pa yang series 8 for sure!
What I can say is that the biggest hurdle you will face for regular figs are Apocalypse, Vision and Hawkeye of series 7 due to the ugly case ratio back then.
Anyways good luck sa ML collecting its a good line and one of the most collected but i dont know how long it will last since Hasbro has gotten the rights from Marvel.

drslumps: Am not really after all the ML series.... Set my focus on the 3 ML series which contains the parts to form Apocalypse, Sentinel and Galactus.
Being an SR collector since my elementary days..... I really love combining parts... perhaps thats the main reason why these 3 ML sets are outpouring with charisma into my wits, hehehehe...... and to think... each of the 3 combined biggie MLs look like robots themselves.
Just completed my ML 9 Galactus series.... and the best part of it is I got them as buy one take one sets.... Really got it at a bargain price
Now... am really itching to complete the sentinel series, I'll let you know if ever I can't find any Mr. Sinister which I learned is really hard to find esp. in singles. Thanks for the heads up... I'll definitely try doing it... thanks partner.
Regarding other MLs,esp. sets that will be coming out soon.... I'll depend on my instinct if ever they will tickle my fancy... again thanks..... (",)

Then i wanted to have a modern armor iron man because i was hooked to the new avengers comics until i finally decided that i needed them all. OC- OC kasi bro if you know what i mean. By the way madami pang White sasquatch variant sets sa TK GH last time i checked. It seems to me the hoarders gobbled up the variant bishop and wolverine sets. Kaso nga lang you have to sell the 2 regular figs you get from the set. I'll try to find a white sasquatch variant for you. My extra one is still pending. |

NEWS ULE:
BEST, TK and Jebbs (best na din un) will give you tubes if you bought from them and show a receipt, TK also requires you bring the MOC Maestro as proof.

What if the Maestro is no longer MOC?
I opened mine so I could fit the arms and see the Maestro figure? I still have the receipt and the cardboards (proof of purchase) though.

SM Malls and Robinson's are also doing likewise..... just show them your receipt and they'll give you the extra tube . No need to bring the item ;D

Finally... completed my Sentinel ;D, without mystique thou  . somewhat... she's harder to catch than omega red. I also got a bonus cyclops variant in the process. Now, I can concentrate back to my SRs until..... A new set of action figures come out and tickle me, hehehe.... ;D Thanks for the headups guys, really appreciate it a lot..  |

Congrats on your sentinel man! Onslaught ata ang last na build a figure...most likey sa August pa to. Earliest na ang June. Balik DC direct at SOTA muna ako. I'm also chasing loose ML (mostly avengers) - there's a rumor that ML 15 will have you build a Quintjet

It was first reported a few months ago that the purple X-23 would be the variant but as it turns out, the Black one is the variant. just out of curiosity.. where was it annouced that the black one is the variant? i just bought a ToyFare magazine and it is indicated that the purple one is the variant and it is $20.00 MOC as compared to the other one which is $15.00 MOC? |

Toy Kingdom (and all other stores in the Philippines) labels the Black one as the variant. I'm not sure, maybe it is indeed that the variant one is the Purple one, but they sell the Purple figure as though it is a regular figure (it terms of availability). You can still find the Purple version all around toystores in malls. I have always associated ML variant figures as the figures which are harder to get. |
