I got curious over the scale of the figures and I am a big fan of heavy armor(re: my sig), so I tried one figure, the Phantom Knight. Anyone else tried these? What are your thoughts on articulation and the mold,sculpt and design of the pilots? Do you watch the cartoon? How do you rate it? What about the vehicles? Any favorites? In your view, is it in scale w/ other 1:18 figs? Is there potential for custom fodder? BTW, here's a quick side by side size comparison pic w/ Microman Gai & Chirico, MSS Ghost Rider and GI Joe Pathfinder, for those just as curious:  |

hmm.. the cartoons seems to be too childish, and i feel DICE is a rip-off of zoids. hehe.
it has the same concept with zoids like child/hero of DICE becomes the saviour just like Van from zoids. except zoids has better mecha designs compared to DICE.

i'm not a big fan of DICE as well. i had a better anime experience with Zoids.

yah, the toys are ok though... it's just the anime that sucks... umm, wait, isn't dice an anime? why is it here in the american toy discussion? i know the toys is also made by bandai...

Same here hehe when I first saw DICE on TV. A zoids-rip off is what first came to my mind, and when my friends show me a DICE toy on Toytown I just say "sus"/"geez" in a very annoyed face. Hahaha.

well it is maybe because of the dino-type machines that they are using that they resemble more closely to zoids, but MASK is also, ung sa MASK lang cars which transforms to another vehicle. maybe a mix of ZOIDS and MASK? hehe.
