Stormy's background is a bit confusing. In a nutshell, he basically wound up with Cobra for all the wrong reasons, found "enlightenment" and joined Snake eyes on the Joe team before being captured and brainwashed by Cobra which makes him a bad guy again.  On a lighter note, Bigbadtoystore has restocked it's Gijoe 25th inventory, so I guess that means Hasbro's still churning out the figures. Hopefully we'll see a local release... ? Gold |

Thanks for the info pards. I have a hard time of tracking these babies locally. Scalpers here run amok. That's why i order it online. At my local target store though i saw several boxes of the Cobra legion set.
