Amen, Thunderbreak, I don't know why, but for me the series at times bores me to tears(the characters are too cliche I think). The robot doesn't really have much weapons or really stand out deathblows.
Haha, the most amusing part is when the pilots merge, they experience Orgasms(yep, you read that right). Haha, merge system nila is based on "aura" ng pilots. So the when the ships "merge".. it's like the pilots themselves are having sex(I'm serious!
) with each other.
The roster has 9 pilots, 3 in the cockpit and 6 at HQ, ready to teleport -swap if one of the main 3 get injured in combat. They fight a race of "angels", who harvest humans for (? duh, who knows), the main hero is a reincarnation of one of their warrior angels who stole Aquarion and used it to fight against the "angels" 12,000years ago. He's been reborn as a bratty jungle kid now.. hooray..
Toywise, it looks good in terms of diecast, but in terms of stability a lot of folks have been skeptical about it(look at the prop stands behind each toy in the pic). And of course the effect is lost since if you buy just one box(3 ships) you can only display one bot at a time(Unlike the Getter SOCs).
Oh yeah, the toy will be a stand alone DX Chogokin toy from Bandai, earlier reports of this being Gx-30,31,32, and Voltes to be Gx33 were false(Voltes is officially now GX30)
