gx-01b review?

can somebody here post a review on mazinger z gx-01b? is it rare? how much does a brand new item cost nowadays? thanks for your inputs...

The Gx01B is generally a repaint of the original Mazinger in Matt finish and comes with a pewter statue of Koji Kabuto.













There was also a HK item exclusive for it, a mouse pad.






Goes for about 4000-5,000 these days, still more or less the same price as it's original release. Not as rare as the other blacks though.(Gmaz, Gren, Combattler, Gaiking Boss borot) But still a decent SOC, I prefer it over the GX01rg(gold)







The rare one would be gx01RB(extremely limited and goes for 50,000-80,000Pesos).


The rarest of the rare "GX01B Iron Castle" version. Insanely limited, goes up to 700,000 Pesos... or some HK sellers claim when you ask them, no one even knows for sure if it exists at all..

Yep. so far the only images of the Gx01B hk version is the one in the SOC encyclopedia. It's actually a shiny version of the Gx01b and has a plain no print outer white box. No idea if it was ever really released...

thanks for the review sir, thought it was a rare item, saw one for sale here in the province, collecting dust in the showcase along with an angel or minerva soc (not sure). i checked the item, still mint, ngayon lang na-open upon my request, hehe. price is around 4500.

also there are many MG gundams here, di pinapansin ng mga taga-rito, province eh. was shocked to find a black soc here.

can you rate the gx-01b?

4500 is a decent price. The toy itself is nice, on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest, I'd give it a 3/5(you still have to assemble the forearms a la Gundam kit, just like in the original gx01).

For me a perfect 5/5 in the "black SOC" category would have to be GreatMazinger, Followed by Grendizer(4.5/5)

here in butuan, there is a sticker of "toys r us" in the side of the box. hehe. it is just collecting dust in the display of the store. will check the other soc there, it is a female robot im not sure who. minerva?

btw, there is another soc there, its a female robot, diana A ung name dun, box is not mint na but the toy and its parts are still mint. cost around 2400 pesos.
