well, its got a lot of details and a lot of gimmicks.
all i want from it is either the black serena unit and the aesti unit.
what i want is for them to release the other aesti units - like ryoko's with the long range rifle.

Soul Spec series Xs-07 The Black Sarena from "Martian Successor Nadesico Motion Picture: The Prince of Darkness". Akito Tenkawa's Aestivalis Custom. Rifle. Guns Knuckle shot. Unfortunately, the diecast parts are only limited to only the Aestivalis' legs for the whole set. They also included a optional "weathered (messy paint)" alternate head for the Aestivalis Custom from the last scene of the movie (Sorry, I forgot to take a pic of this). With the Gx-01R Mazinger Z The Black Ghost. It's primary weapons are the guns mounted on the Aestivalis' arms and insane amount of manuverability and teleportation. Display stand With the high mobility unit armor attachments. The scene from the final battle. Attaching the Black Sarena parts can be a bit daunting at first, especially when attaching this part. The weigh-in is as follows: Aestivalis Custom : 100 Grams Black Sarena : 300 Grams Black Sarena with High Mobility unit: 400 Grams Overall, the Black Sarena isn't that impressive, it's a bit small and not very poseable (except for the tail). The diecast parts only limited to the Aestivalis' legs and lower torso, the rest of the toy is all plastic. Gold

Soul Spec Xs-10 Heavy Metal L-Gaim. Another release for the Soul Spec line, this time from the Anime series Heavy Metal L-Gaim. Spiral Flow hover bike (docking mode on the right). Randum Slates Weapons Land Booster "Right" back pack Binder Shield Forearm mounted Saber. Combined Sabers form the Lancer. Coupling cables to the L-Gaim;s torso will make the "Hand Launcher" into a "Power Launcher". Buster Launcher. It supposedly only appeared in the final episode of the series. Three cables are needed to power up the Buster Launcher. As an added bonus, a non-scaled kit of Lilith Fau's LilisGaim is included, hehe, note that one of her weapons is a sthingy. Comparison With the Gx-01R Mazinger Z As cool as this figure is, most of the diecast is only in the legs and feet, with not much armor to "peel off" unlike the Dragonar and Layzner save for the legs' Randum Slates. The L-Gaim roughly weighs 200 Grams. The upside is that L-Gaim's legs can fold higher than this, the downside is, the joints are so tight, I didn't dare attempt it. But if you check www.hlj.com you can see the L-Gaim sitting on it's lower leg. Another disappointing fact is that there aren't any ratchet joints in this figure (actually all of the Soul Specs don't have ratchet joints). Also, there's no display stand for the L-Gaim. I think the Xs-05 Dragonar is still my favorite so far in the Soul Spec line. Gold

Soul Specs so far. I'm not getting the Spec EVAs, since I feel that the SOC versions are better (at least in terms of diecast content) and the scale works better with the SOC EVAs than the Spec EVAs. Featuring the cast of Another Century Episode so far. Opening intro of ACE 3. Please click to begin video playback. Gold
