In the G1 story he's the mad scientist who sided with the decepticons. I think he wanted to rule earth as "promised" by Megatron. Of course Megs didn't really mean it. When things got hot Megs abandoned him but Starscream had plans of his own and he needed Dr. Archeville. So he's probably the only human who was able to ride on Screamer. Correct me if I'm wrong. Basically that's it. Just an extra in the G1 series.

yoncha: No problem. I heard they will release an anime accurate version...bad news is that it will be a Takara club exclusive and costs 14k yen, was it? Not so sure. That's double the price of the regular one. So if you don't mind this color scheme much...just get this one instead.
