super-articulated for an armada toy, yes. especially next to its somewhat articulated elder brother, 'Superbase' Armada Prime.

I also have an armada repaint cyberton prime but to be honest I was hoping to get the one with the 4 planet key symbols but can't find any ,but the figure is great question is is it true that someone with a "bendy prime" made his prime's legs fully movable? I just wish they also added a minicon or a blaster or even a sword for this prime. but its ok I guest hasbro % takara decided to make this prime a hand to hand expert fighter. (I think?)

And one more thing how come your prime has a grey coloured planet key & and the others in the internet including mine are all red? how come?

I did a modification on Prime that allows him to sit down -- the upper leg that connects to the pelvis can bend 90degrees. If you look at your bendy prime and try this, you'll notice some plastic molding detail getting in the way of bending it to sitting down position. All you need is a philips head screwdriver. What I did was 1. remove the legs from the body (it's only a ball-joint) 2. open up the lower legs to free up the upper leg part 3. I think it was swap the left to the right and vice-versa TAKING NOTE OF WHERE THE KNEE JOINTS ARE AND WHAT DIRECTION THEY'RE DESIGNED TO BEND. The knee joints are sculpted in a way that they only bend back. If you do this incorrectly, the knees will bend forward and not back. 4. Assemble everything back. Sorry, no pics on how to do it step by step  Btw-- you can buy one of those bootleg bendy primes and try it there first. The leg assembly is exactly the same. Bootleg:  |

Man I can't do like what you said "take the legs of its only ball joint"! damm! its sohard to get the legs of. I mean its so durable I can't get it to detach. So last night I got so frustrated ,so pissed of with the way ofthe legs of me beny prime ,you know what I did , remember the design sculpt that hinder/prevent the legs from moving? I LITERALY REMOVED THOSE MORONIC SCULPT THAT HINDERS THE LEGS MOVEMENT USING MY HUGENAIL CUTTER & JUST STARTED CHOPING OF THE DESIGN SCULPT..........OH my God! I thouht I was GOING to break my cybertron optimus prime but then I realized that I did a ....well good job at the sculp that hinders the movements of the legs (SORRY DON'T HAVE PICTURES TO SHOW YET I STILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW CELLPHONE WITH A CAMERA TO SHOW YOU GUYS WHAT I'VE DONE) So now to the point I have my cybertron optimus prime FULLY MOVABLE LEGS AT the front & back , all thouht that wasn't such a good mood for me because I thoughtI have to look & buyanother bendyprime if I happen to break it but its in completelly good condition & while at the procces NO parts of the body are scrachedor damaged & to make it better the Re-sculpted part of my bendy prime is smoothened thanks to the verysharp huge nail cutter. So my only problem is about the silver paint on primes face that seems to be already chipped off even before opening the box. but the silver paint that chipped off is very small & only bothers me because of it prime looks like.......um....had a pimple or something like that. I also was conserned bout if my bendt prime still has any value. Anyway thanks for the information about your own type of modification ZEPHON. really appreciated that.

Anyway thanks for the information about your own type of modification ZEPHON. really appreciated that. erk, i'mn too late with the advice... although at least you're happy with how it turned out when operated on that way. it's actually easy to take the leg off the ball joint. 1. in robot mode, make sure legs are fully extended and separated. 2. select a leg to take off. push leg inward at the hip/waist -- inward meaning toward the center of the waist [and the other leg]. this will likely make both legs lean in one direction [like these slashes with the v being the waist : \ V \ ]; that's exactly what you want. before long the ball part of the joint [on the waist] will pop out of the socket at the top of the thigh. 3. repeat for next leg and continue as zephon detailed. long story short, don't pull the appendage off; pop the ball out of the socket by pushing the socket inward until it loses its grip. it actually looks pretty good with the thighs switched [and the molded protrusion on the back]. - last "eep" maximal |

just a question with this armada repaint, did the original come in two versions? is this size the match for the armada megatron? cause i see two armada primes in this gallery. www.seibertron.com/toys/fullsize.php?id=298&size=1&image=47oh, too bad, they didn't include that gun for the cybertron repaint.. huhu  ( |

"bendy" prime is the shorter, Deluxe-class one. his gun is formed from his Minicon, Overrun.

the other armada prime came with a self transforming trailer and could combine with the trailer, jetfire and overload to become super duper optimus prime who towered over megatron. by itself though, he's still smaller than armada megs and isnt quite as posable. bendy prime came in 3 versions i think, silver or yellow headlights and the usual nemesis version. then there's universe bendy ultra magnus
