Playkit brings in Cybertron deluxe Optimus Prime (ape) and Smokescreen (Crosswise recolor). Whoa! Where'd you find these?  I'm sure these would be like sold out before they get warm on the shelves |

I saw those new deluxe Cybertron too just this afternoon. See photos. Optimus Prime, Megatron & Smokescreen (crosswise repaint) Megatron beast wars really looks good, Prime looks good also...was tempted to get them but I managed to hold back and save money for the classics line ;D. I only saw 1 piece of Prime, Megs & Smokescreen at TK SM Makati I don't know if those are short-packed but for those who are interested better head to the nearest TK now before someone beats you to it.  |

Did you open them already? I really liked the mold on Megs, how good is it? Classics maybe hitting late this month or early December in time for the Holidays. Although I pre-ordered mine at BBTS just in case hoarders take all the goodies. ;D Goodluck to hunters for this figures. |

Nopes, haven't opened them yet. But the T-rex mode looks really good. Yup, can't wait for the classics to arrive. Did you notice that the plastic blaster of Smokescreen is colored transparent white on the card, but dark green of some sort inside the toy? |

i think they changed some plans for Smokescreen somewhere down the line... old testshots had clear, non-colored/smoked plastic.

whatever happened to the original bw 10th anniv releases of deluxe primal and megs? never saw those around. i like the gray primal better than brown ape prime. megs looks better though in his cybertron repaint.

different line, i guess. those were $15 too, so they'd be more expensive than our currently-available deluxes.
- last "either color scheme is nice, IMO - the brown really grows on you in person" maximal

Finally get me yung megs na t-rex & the prime ape sa TK & SM Dept Store toy section sa Mall of Asia. Sa Dept Store they only have 1 prime ape left. sa TK wala na both. Called TK Mega yesterday & they said they still have 2 prime ape. No more megs.
Don't bother searching toy shops in Makati. Sold out already. TK, Kidz Station, Toy Town, Landmark. Also TK Virra Mall.
Those still looking try to look at Robinsons Galleria or SM Fairview. SM North Edsa no luck as well.

Thanks! roshaun. I guess Megs beat Prime this time around. By the way that Megatron mould looks pretty awesome. Nice find and thanks for the update. Also try Rustan's toy section they have playkits there too!

I don't think anyone who's left behind with these new stuff should despair. If the previous releases are correct, we should expect restocks next week.
I'm not surprised Megs is selling better because it's nostalgia for BW fans, and he is a superior mold to Prime. I have the BW 10th anniversary version and he looks very cool.
