Here's something you can chew on... Pun intended... Takara-Tomy Arts is coming out with a non-transformable figures of Optimus, Megs and Bee in candy toy box. The figures are posable and will include a gum (thus the pun...) and did I mention they are non-transformable? I looked into this and it seems that the add on parts are not an official release, but rather seemed to be factory run-offs. www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/add-on-parts-for-animated-wingblade-optimus-prime/20094Scroll to the bottom of the link, one guy mentions that his set arrived in a ziploc bag, in bubble wrap with no instuctions. I guess this explains why there's no listings of the add-on parts anywhere else apart from the Yahobby link. Too bad, I guess the only way to score a legit Wingblade Prime is to bite the bullet and get the Takara set with a clear Optimus in it. Gold |

It's been a long time since we hear anything from the TF World about the supposed Season 3, which didn't make it to production as we now have TF Prime replacing it. Although, Takara-Tomy could possibly produce a 3rd season which will only air in Japan like Beast Wars Neo and others like it. So before and if it ever comes to fruition, here's a news about TF Animated 3.5 comic book... sadly it's a Botcon 2011 release but hopefully becomes a regular comic.
