His head module looks very mean, compared to Skull leaderwhich looks a lot friendlier......... very curvaceous, similar to the Star Wars episode 1 mythology, the Naboo Star Fighter, precursor to the X-wing fighters were elegant as opposed to the eventual militaristic angled modern units.

It is still 1/60 scale. It just so happens that the VF-0S is a bigger mecha than the VF-1, so a 1/60 scale VF-0S can be almost the same size as a 1/48 scale VF-1. Similarly, a 1/48 scale VF-0S would be MUCH bigger than a 1/48 VF-1.

Does it follow then that it will then carry a price tag similar to the VF-1x 1/48 price tag?

nice pics!
Vin, any issues on your VF-0? Not necessarily design issues, but QA issues like two right shoulders (left shoulder shows screw hole in front)?
There were reports of some VF-0's arriving in that condition.
BTW, please PM me the price.
Tnx!

Thanks for the info chet, now I know why is that. From the pics of Malvin, it shows that the VF-0S can wear the GBP armor, so is the 1/48 striker packs can also be compatible?
After watching the Macross Zero last year, I wonder the designs of the valks are better than the sequel. Also, the two enemy valks are also nice, ope they will also release this two jets.

Why didn't you GT? The prices are more...........fair than most.
And congrats..........you won't regret purchasing the VF0S, just be careful of the flap like thingies under the nose cone, its just snap in, falls out easily ( or just a freak mold imperfection)
One more thing, unlike the Skull Leader type, the VF0S is somewhat brownish in color, not the flat white of the former.

This happens when I couldn't wait for the item. I saw GT selling it on Ebay for $160 shipping not included. If I let my sister buy it for me there in GT, I have to wait for me to go vacation there 1 month from now. Im a impatient fool ;D Oh, so the color is different huh, nwayz, planning to paint it a bit after I train myself airbrushing. I want shadings on it, paint some of the detailed parts, etc. I also saw the transformation, you don't need to pull out the legs just like the regular 1/60 valks!

to gian7675: the GBP Armor cannot fit the 1/60 VF-0S, i just let the armor "hang" on the sharp points of VF-0S' shoulder.
to zephon: the price tag of the 1/60 VF-0S is 5% higher than 1/48 scale VFs, thanks
to laughing man: thanks, i dont have any design issues or problems with ours stocks..
to vic01: sorry the VF-0S can't wear the armor, thats why i showed a back photo of the VF-0S showing that the armor wont fit.. we were joking around to use rubber band to keep the armor in palce hehehe
to vic01: We can match the US$165 including shipping without any problem. We are just matching the prices of the other stores on ebay.
