1. last saturday was already the 23rd right?.. the mid-year sale is from JUNE 1-20 only.

2. if you were talking about last, last saturday (JUNE 16) and you used a credit card, you also wont get a discount. i think this also applies for purchases on non-promo periods. only cash payments get a discount.

3. if you wanted a discount way beyond the salesladies are authorized to give, well, you can't complain since they are obliged to follow management rules.

4. if you are talking about the standard discount that malvin's shop gives to cash payments, thats a different issue already.

but i never had such experiences before, maybe you should clear this with malvin if what happened was number 4. ;D
