i just watched one episode of Kamen Rider/Masked Rider 555 last week but i have no idea whats the show all about..
is there an English website i could visit so that i would know all info abt the show and the characters

Just saw it. I think it's already episode 3.Kamen Rider 555, every saturday 9:00am. Saturday ba? I thought it was Sunday. Maybe they play the show on both weekends.... is it Tagalog-dubbed? |

i think its shown on saturdays and sundays...cguro u have to watch both weekends at 9 am...

with that,we might have a chance to bring mask rider black to GMA-7 and dub it in the same language as the one on channel 13 in the 1990s right?

mask rider faiz and ryuki and black are all owned by the same company in the philippines, they just sell it to whoever wants to air it. they also own shaider, bioman, maskman, etc. dont get your hopes up on the older ones coming back. they pitched that idea to GMA7 before with shaider and it flopped twice. BTW the same company is also dubbing RYUKENDO in english for airing overseas. with that,we might have a chance to bring mask rider black to GMA-7 and dub it in the same language as the one on channel 13 in the 1990s right? |

yeah that is very possible. hero buys a lot of the stuff shown in gma or qtv even if the airing isnt over yet. galaxy angels is now on hero and it was being shown recently on qtv. AFAIK, Faiz will be shown on HeroTV very soon... |

KR 555 is being shown in HERO channel starting this day, with PR ninja storm, PR dino thunder and Justirizers.

yeah no more shaider, mask rider ryuki and gransazer. they were all replaced by these 4 shows. at least you can watch faiz on 2 different stations all weekend, unless GMA unceremoniously cancels its airing of faiz.
they still use "rider change!" in place of "henshin!" for the tagalized version. it almost sounds inappropriate since in 555, the suit/belt isnt worn by just one person or singular hero. hence, "transform" sounds better as the voice activation code. the voice of the computer is also kind of "soft", unlike in the japanese version, you can really hear the computer messages. oh well, this is just based on the premier episode i saw this afternoon. hopefully they improved on this in the later episodes.
im already wondering if they retained the word "nekojita"... i think i'll set the DVd recorder to record every saturday.

My only complaint here was the somewhat rushed / anticlimatic ending... Sure wished it was more fleshed out. One thing to note though, the Orphenoch king is the Grasshopper orphenoch... Cute, since Faiz is a grasshopper-based rider... hehehehe  |
