for example plain old touja still looks best . . . or is a certain combination of add-ons your favorite

You're right. Good ol' GekiTohja OR GekiTohja Wolf works best. As for attachments my #1 pick would be Juken Armament GekiBatTohja or #2 GekiRinTohja

During the 3 day Independence Day vacation, I did a Geki marathon. I found out that:

Geki Touja had 6 wins

Geki Wolf Touja and SaiDai-Oh had 5 wins each

Geki Fire had 4 wins

Geki Hammer Touja, Geki Bat Touja, Geki Rin Touja, Geki Elephant Fire, Geki Bat Fire, SaiDai Geki Fire had 2 wins each.

Geki Shark Touja, Geki Shark Fire, SaiDai Geki Touja, SaiDai Geki Rin Touja, had 1 win each.
