The names of the characters are written in chinese characters rather than japanese.
As well as having minor differences in box design

i'm not sure if someone already posted it but i'm wondering if there's an all captain based bleach figure set

no... none as of this date... if your gonna take a look at the rah dx figs only Ichigo, Rukia, Inoue, Renji, Rangiku and Yoruichi are released.

for the gashapon sets, there are 3 sets and they do have selected captains only (look at it sa GT branch near your place they have the 3 sets available).

for the first shokugan set (white boxes) it has... (let me remember i can't remember then all) ichigo, rukia with cat yoruichi, abarai, byakuya, gin, aizen, toshiro with hinamori then zaraki.

for the portrait set sila ichigo, rukia, inoue, byakuya, abarai and urahara.

for the swing set... they are too many but no.. as far as i rememeber wala pa complete set nung Gotei thirteen captains.

for the TF sets, 3 are released so far... set 1 consists of Ichigo, Rukia, Abarai and Toshiro. Second set consists of Ichigo, Inoue, Byakuya and Keisuke (urahara). third set is Ichigo (wiht hollow mask variant), Aizen (with bad guy variant), Gin and Toshiro.

thanks man. i've acrually checked with gt. wasn't that happy with the zaraki figure. i do hope they release chess piece sized figs of the gotei 13. maybe a menos grande too

wait for a TF variant of Zaraki or a RAH DX fig. i thinkt hose are the only figure lines that will do justice for Zaraki. A Menos Grande would be a bit hard since it would be big so it should be on a 1/4 scale! ahahahah *wishful thinking*

Bleach would still have a long way to go so eventually the gotei captains will be complete. *it should have been complete if they stop releasing different versions of kurosaki strawberry* >.>

well on the topic of wishful thinking, i wish zaraki would come with his adorable vice captain on his shoulder. also i want replicas of their swords. kinda like what starwars had with the tiny replica sabers.

hmmm sincew Bleach is a Japanese Anime, there might be a time that zanpaktou replica's would be available. only time will tell. ^^V

It's very sad to hear that there has been Bleach bootlegs, I just recently bought a Yoruichi figure by megahouse and from the looks of it, it's alright although I haven't opened the box yet. Still am looking for Rangiku figure. Anyone willing to help.

They'll re-release it eventually. Megahouse just reproduced their Rukia figure this August.
