The Tidus one is authentic. I just repainted his hair by the suggestions of my Japanese friend. To me, It looked better because there is now a distinction between the blond locks and his yellow undershirt.

I need his War of the Lions Trading Arts figure too...and I want a Trading Arts Mini of Balthier.

I am trying to collect all Play Arts action figures before my Japanese friend does. I know it's hard competing against those from Japan...but I have to admit, it's fun. Thank you for viewing my collection. Please visit my Den again when I have something new to show.

huwaw, great collection you got there! why is there an empty space beside Yuna.... are you saving that blank spot for Rikku?

is that a custom made display shelf/cabinet? any plans to put glass or acrylic sheet as a protection from dust?

Mazingaa, I am reserving that space for Rikku, of course. That space is enough to fit in three more figures which are Limit Form, Master Form and Wisdom Forms of Sora.

Also, it's a custom-made shelf and I clean the figures every month (Except during December, the Holidays make me feel kind of lazy just like my godparents who like to hide from me LOL.) to prevent over-dusting. I do have plans to put fiber glass next year.

I'm afraid, I have no more space for the upcoming FF7 figures as well as the Hyper Fate Collection, so I decided to commission another shelf for non-Final Fantasy articulated figures. DMC, FMA, KH2 and DQVIII would have to be moved to that new one, then. I just hope that two shelves with four levels are enough to hold all Play Arts figures.

Among those that I'm eyeing that are also not Play Arts are Hyper Fate Collection and articulated (20cm) Rozen Maiden Traumend figures by Volks (ok, I know its for girls but I want to balance my den with 90% malestuff and 10% girlstuff).

but w-w-w-wait....... what did you do to my fave char in the whole Final Fantasy universe? Reno, why are you holding that thing instead of the usual electro rod that you use to get your @ss kicked hehe

Shinn; Reno gave a funny side to the emo-tional Advent Children movie which made me further thrilled to have him. I believe that Reno looks cool with an electric guitar, it's still electric (and stunning) like the rod ;D

V2 Assault, I'm trying to grab the world record of the most Play Arts...but I think I won't be able to. Still, I'm still going to collect them all.

No, the Play Arts Arms are made of PVC/ABS plastic which is good.

actually, i saw your early post showing the weapons with the figure. it's just that Squall's ultimate gunblade photo are somehow cropped that's why i requested for photo about the set. same goes with Yuna's. it has a perspective shot that's why i can't see the details.

nweiz, i thank you for the review you've made. great review, btw. i want to have a set too. but there's none for Rinoa. and i don't have a Selphie figure, that's why i decided not to buy the set this evening at GTmakati. but in all honesty, the set are great looking. love the details.

About those Devil May Cry figures (Trish, Dante and Bloody Marionette) ; I am planning to give them away as a reward (apart from my monetary payment) to any kind soul (excluding those who actually own a huge store and those who live outside the country) that will be willing to sell me an excellent condition set of Final Fantasy X-2 Play Arts.

Think of those FFX-2 girls as Elite Mark in Final Fantasy XII. Upon completion of that mark, not only it gives you good Gil but rare items as well. Those DMC figures may be opened but are in excellent condition and are very rare nowadays, maybe even as rare as the X-2 girls themselves.

Now that's another shameless plugging from the leading man. ;D ;D ;D

Wow! Great collection bro! You're planning to get all the Play Arts, even all Sora's form? I was planning to get all the Soras but its too much for my wallet. I wish they'll release a Riku thou, and Kairi in her pink clothes with matching keyblade. LOL!
