Kiss Players:

This is the third of the Kiss series I own and boy are this babies worth it! ;D

The kawaii girls notwithstanding, Takara's repackaging sure shows the effort in this product.

Hotrodimus: Autobot Knight/Cavalier (french no?)

Transform mode: Ford GT( one uber kick @ss babe magnet , no offense to the ladies )

Contents: GT car, CD radio program, Xiaoxiao ( rough translated as a "spunky" girl), bamboo steam baskets, siopao, fishing rod, two (weapons(?) tongfar), biocard and instruction manual.

Being a re-color of the Alternator Mirage (which never reached our shores ) Takara re-sculpted his face plus a visor to simulate the scene from "Look out" Mountain from the movie 1986.
Thank heaven for the re-sculpt, this is not a lazy repaint.

In his warrior mode, Hotrod is awesome, tiny complaint, no fire emblem on the hood but there are two on his forearms. Very poseable and agile, despite the lack of the yellow spoiler on his back, you'll know his Hotrod.

His fishing rod (no fish(?)) ;D can be split into (3) parts to simulate his triple muffler from the original (but only as a single attachment (wished there were two) and the secret weapon becomes like that found in Soul Calibur (2 and 3), Talim's weapon.

Xiaoxiao is wearing a Qipao, in red with her panties very much displayed. She is eating a siopao (meat bun) ( minute complaint: she does not have any extra arms or legs thus comes only in a single pose unlike Melissa) plus the steam bun bamboo baskets (what are they for? hehehe)

In the Radio program CD, Xiaoxiao is such a precocious girl that, I don't know how Hotrod got mixed up with her. Also, Melissa and Atari make their appearance in the program as well.

Minor quibles aside, KISS Hotrodimus is a must buy ( without the paint chipping, he is still a pain to transform though ) .

I sure can't wait for Atari and Autolooper though................

Transformation: Ford GT
Ability: His original two photon lasers are now comprised as two “ton-fa,” and is only able to use them in battle thanks to Syao Syao. Similarly, the fishing rod fuses to his arm as his original three exhaust eliminators.
After the Unicron War of 2005 he continued the will of Convoy, and this day dreaming young person became the leader of the Cybertrons. He was caught up in a criminal plot by Galvatron who crashed Cybertron City in the Earth. Rodimus was mortally wounded and passed the Leadership Matrix on to Ultra Magnus. Thinking he had become one with the Matrix, the Cybertrons left him alone. His life hung in the balance and was at a critical low. An accomplished human TF group called “Region” found him and made him come round. They rebuilt him with human technology giving him a new chassis, and was given kung fu ability by the kiss of a girl Syao Syao transferring her kiss player ability. He was reborn by the human race.

Her parents managed a Chinese restaurant in the United States where she met Melissa, befriending her as they both worked for EDC. She escaped EDC after learning their plot “Transformers are enemies”. With the help of Hot Rodimus, she tries to change people’s minds on the Transformers. She dislikes people who lie, and she is a shy person.

Hot Rodimus
A young Cybertron soldier. Transforms into a Ford GT. Though rash, he has attributes that make him the next Cybertron leader. He fights for the coexistence of the Transformers and the human race, with his human partner Syao Syao.
