congratulations on the hauls vic01! eye-poppers as always! i'm looking forward to see the mods you plan on the SRWOG kits.... the Riese and Rein Weissritter are amongst my favourites. No plans on getting the SR-X? Too bad they haven't released an R-3. I'm sure you would've gotten one as well. ;D

Thanks mga parekoys! ;D I love SRWOG mechs, I always watch the games from youtube, everyday, hehe! I was about to collect the Dengeki Hobby Limited figures but after a while, I decided just to get the Koto kits. With all that money for the limited figures, I can make/modify kits as I wanted to, plus not bad model kits. Will update the Dygenguar this weekend, and some snapbuilt SRWOG kits. I am also in the process of modifying one Alteisen Nacht, but this will be painted red later on. @qb and raps: Thanks! I will only collect 1/144 scaled SRWOG. The SRX, Cybaster, Grungust Type 0, 1, Thrudgelemir, Dygenguar (I have), R-Gun powered are all non scaled. I will just wait for the 1/144 scaled versions. Probably Cybaster w/c will be transformable to Cybird and ART-1 is coming this July!!! and the Fairlions, Heartbreaker combo, hehe! ;D I wished they will make the 1/144 Ver 2.0 of R-1, and R-2 Powered w/c can combine to SRX! Probably the R-3 Powered is on its development, and transformable to waist to legs of SRX, hopefully. So new items arrived yesterday and today, 1/144 Weissritter After looking for a cheap price of this, I finally got one for just $20! I love you, Excellen! "Wow!!!" --- My favorite line of Excellen, she has a nice voice, makes me... ;D HT AVP-R Alien Warrior W/ Face Hugger! HT AVP-R Predalien Love it! GFFMC Limited #0000 1/100 MSZ-006A1/C1[Bst] Z Plus Blue Version!!!! This one totally rocks! I mean the Blue version! Will have a mini-review today... vic01

Hello! Here's another review of another latest GFF Gundam, Z Plus A1/C1 [Bst]!!! I got a Blue color scheme. Box Contents Lots of parts! Same Manual as the Red Version + decals. Basic figure Z Plus A1 A1 Wave Rider Z Plus C1 C1 Wave Rider Z Plus C1 [Bst] He's more poseable than the GFF 1/144 Z Plus c1 [Bst] With 1/144 GFFMC Psycho Gundam With 1/100 GFFMC RX-78-2 Gundam With 1/100 MG Deepstriker Perfect Custom by me, hehe! Will post more pics including the Hummingbird and some limited action poses. Conclusion: A nice figure, sturdy and nice paintjob though most of it are just from the plastic color itself. But for me it's ok. Plastic parts used are great, to avoid paint chippings. Lots of parts, A1, C1, C1 [Bst] modes are all awesome, if only I could buy more like the 1/144 GFF Z plus', it'll be great for display, but the price!!! Metal parts are limited, not much as expected but I thought the diecast parts are almost none on this figure w/c I saw from other forums' comments, and after having one, I am glad it has more. Articulation, same as the 1/144 GFF Z Plus, but when transformed and using the parts of C1 [Bst], it has double-jointed elbows, ball-jointed hips, and swivel knees for the [Bst] mode!!! Joints are tight, knee joints and shoulder joints are ratcheted except the [Bst] knees and shoulders. Too bad no waist articulation and limited ROM for the elbows of A1/C1 and hip joints of A1/C1. Metal parts (highlighted by red): Except the white parts inside the red border. All landing gears are made of diecast. Except the wheels. Too bad, the two wheel-landing gears for the wings of A1 do not rotate. The mid-wheels landing gears can rotate. A perfect display, not for playing actually. Transformations are almost perfect compared to the 1/144 Z Plus! The Wave rider modes holds very nice, lots of locking tabs, no floppiness or flimsiness. I suggest before transformation to Wave riders, take off some parts for easy transformation. Display stands are nice too, they hold the MS/WR modes nicely. So if you're a Z Plus fan, get one! Not bad, but was expecting more from Bandai. I just wished more diecast like the GFFN ZII, panel lines (I don't understand why they did not panel lined most of the parts), and more articulation... and a $150 price range, not $180-$200! I know Zeta Gundam will have its GFFMC treatment soon, they will just use most of the parts of Z Plus and also, please don't forbid, the Ex-S GFFMC! ;D More pics later! vic01

very elaborative review, vic! surely answered most of my questions already! a zeta GFFMC would be nice indeed!
1. i noticed that in one pic the landing skids for the C1's WR mode isnt properly level with the surface. is this a factory defect or is it just improperly mounted? and are those skids and landing gears strong enough to accomodate its weight?
2. does the legs have locking tabs connecting the leg plates to the rear skirt like the MG version?

Thanks a lot guys! It's nice to share, you know. @shinn: GT!!! Hehe! Got mine from HLJ. @winn: Nice question #1 man! Answer, is no, can't accommodate the weight, notably the rear weight. On that pic above where it has landing gears, I thought it can hold the weight but the landing gears on the sides are just "in there". It tends to collapse. That is one thing that I don't like in WR modes, those landing gears do not really help to stand the WR. Here are some pics... You can take off the panels inside the red borders. This where the landing gears are. You see four landing gears for C1. The 4th one is connected at the cannon in front of the groin area, also diecast. Rear weight is heavy, the front part will elevate a bit, even the side landing gears can't hold it, it will just move sidewards. Hate it! I used the wings propellants for support, but not much help. After checking the manual, I saw it has a support included. I don't like it but what can we do, hehe. A1 landing gears Again, can't support the rear weight. Well, most of the diecast parts are in the legs and feet. And you can see what are in the back/rear part. We still need that support. More pics of Z Plus C1 [Bst] Forgot to put the radome in the cannon, hehe. Now the legs move! Ball joint hips for [Bst]. Knees move too. With 16" HT Alien. Found him lurking at the back, see the previous pics. ;D I took out the propellants and it can stand on its own. Kneeling For the transformations... Sweet, you can't do these w/ the GFF 1/144 versions. Upper part. Then just connect the parts and the locking tabs. Hummingbird looks so sweet! Love it! Together w/ the smaller brethen... Wanna see how stable it is? Check out my video where I fly it like a child playing, and i'm 26 yrs old already! Hehe! For the WR C1 and A1 What they did is very effective, great designing of transformation, but still metal parts should be more. Connect the groin to the upper body. Locking tabs for the wings for more stability C1 WR A1 WR w/ RX-78-2's Core block. W/ 1/100 Amuro Ray in the hangar. ;D Thanks for viewing! Next will be the action poses. Just don't expect too much on its articulation department. vic01

wow. thanks for the added information there. really answered my question!
i guess bandai flawed up on the landing gears/skids so thats why they added that bulky support stand. but i guess its meant more to be displayed on the base+stand itself... so its forgivable i'll say.
and im quite surprised that the arms can fold up onto the BST booster parts for the arms... thats talk about ingeniuity - rather than having a separate "block" for the boosters, the arms can be stowed inside them... really nice gimmick indeed - and saves cost im sure too!
i guess your comments really changed my thoughts on this one being a "typically scaled up version" of the zetaplus... looking forward to your action shots!

Thank you! I would say, really a great piece for display, if you're not really into the aesthetics of this figure, then a must have. I like the color blue scheme than the red one, the blue looks refreshing and clean. And about the support for the landing gears, it really helps a lot if you display it on WR landed mode. But my thoughts, they should have planned it carefully to accommodate the weight by just using the landing gears, it'll be cool. But that's alright, GFFs are meant for display, not really for play. Will take shots of the MS mode when get back to our house today. Mean time, got this a few hours ago... PG Astray Gundam Red Frame + Bonus Parts My very first PG, as he's one of my fave mech design. Now I guess Dygenguar have his match w/ its height, hehe! Those Katana Gerbera Straights looks good for Daizengar too! vic01
