Well, it's supposed to be black. I think the gray is just an effect of how the MSIA was painted. hehe.  You have the Destiny too? Could you show me some pics of the completed model? I was looking at your thread and I didn't see it. The Strike Noir is still eye-catching though. Hehehe.... ;D |

I've started building the kit already and have gone as far as panel lining & putting together the head, torso and arms. I've already applied some of the stickers too. It's a little hard since I have stubby fingers but managed to get the eye stickers and others onto the kit. btw, if you overcut the nubs, how do you remedy that? sanding or wet sanding? will post pics as soon as i'm done.... thanks!  |

nice Destiny kit. that's HG, right? the one thing i really like in Destiny is the 'Butterfly Effect' wings. so cool. where's Strike Freedom?

show pics when he's holding the big gun ;D Nice Destiny....is that your first kit? and did you know they're coming out with a clear version of destiny....im gonna get that for sure.....now it's time to get the Akatsuki ;D

V2thanks sir! planning on completing the duo of destiny and legend first then eventually an oowashi akatsuki and a few mass produce murasame's. i kinda like the gouf ignited design so i'd rather "murder" murasame's instead. hehe. @sir no3ljm yup! that's the 1/144 HG kit. i love the butterfly wing effect too. hehe. haven't gotten Strike Freedom yet. have no idea how i'm going to paint his guns. too small.  Jhamuxthanks too! technically, it's my 6th although the first 2 don't really count since I was 12 when I built (& destroyed) them. the 3rd & 4th were SD G Gundams which I also messed up during painting experimentations and a 1/100 Deathscythe Gundam which I got last Xmas out of a monito monita thing at the office. ;D i'll check out the clear version. looks cool! thanks for the info jhamux! @snap i think they do that to test the marketability of the product before making them 1/100 scale. . With Bandai, you can never can tell. ;D

yeah... hard to guess what bandai is up to... they made an extra finish blue frame... but the famous strike is yet to have one. hehe.
