@ rapido/Shinn Yeah! The Freedoms have already unholstered their guns! Anyway, I've got 5 days vacation. That should be enough to get Destiny into fighting condition! @ V2 I do hope its just the lighting. Anyway, my pics always come out blurry since my camphone doesn't have macro. I'll just get a decent digicam once I have some spare cash. BTW, those are 1/72 scale models from Easyfix. I'm planning to get others (P-40 Warhawk, Spitfire, Airacobra, F4U Corsair) next time after my new rack arrives. @ PilapZ Thanks! I actually almost gave that kit up since I saw a CR Destiny at a bargain price, but I decided to go on with my order since the MG has sexier lines compared to its GFF counterpart. Thanks!

PilapZactually it depends from unit to unit. Seems like Bandai's quality control varies from one unit to another. Some have paint smudges, some have bent parts, some have loose or very tight fits, and some are just perfect. You just have to inspect the figures before you buy them. In my case, here's what i got : CR Freedom - Very loose shoulder armor, very little paint smudges (almost none) CR IJ - Booster cover pegs dont fit into their holes, very little paint smudges (almost none) RX-78GP01 - Bent V-fin, no apparent paint smudges ZZ - This one's almost perfect, save for limited articulation and parts that are a little loose (this is a given with GFF's) What I didn't like about the CR Destiny is this one: Seems like the lower jaw is sticking out too much. Compare it with the MG and NG versions: MG NG Pics courtesy of , Dannychoo.com (GFF), Dalong.net (NG) and www.theg0.info (MG EBM) @ rapido Grrr... I just lost one day, since I had to go to the city hall to pay our property taxes! I hope I can make up for it tomorrow.

CR Destiny's pretty cool dude.... don't hesitate on getting it... don't mention SF, IJ, and Legend too... but of course, once you start collecting toys from another toyline, you also start getting addicted to it... so you'll end up collecting toys from GFF line... point is, prepare your wallet/pocket for some major spending.... ;D

@no3ljm Yup, having fun with mine! Right now I'm only at the painting stage (tried to copy the EBM's chrome parts.. heheh) rapsYup, it just had to be done. At least that got me more excited in building Destiny. @shinn/PilapZ Don't get me wrong. I'd still recommend CR Destiny anytime! Save for that small detail I said, the CR Destiny's still one good GFF. I'm still planning to get it (along with the CR SFreedom) next time. For me, MG Destiny had to be first for now. Just get ready to spend since IT IS ADDICTIVE... hehehe ;D

More stuff! MG Destiny - I guess 5 days wasn't enough. I didn't consider the time it takes for the paint to cure. I'm almost finished with the mecha itself, but the parts for the weapons and the backpack are still in their sprues taking up time to dry. Here's what destiny looks like so far. While waiting for Destiny's paint to dry, I decided to add another GFF (after an unscheduled stop at GT Makati hehehe...) ;D I was choosing between this and the GFF Metal Composite, but I decided on this since the Metal Composite simply had to many parts that I didn't want. Anyway, here's the whole gang so far: Thanks for viewing!
