Sorry if I did'nt reply quickly,.... I got a good 3 days off yeheyyy!!! @no3ljm: Tnx bro, Revoltech Eva's... that would be nice because of their articulation... mine is limited... I only bought these because their skinny humpback pose and metallic version.... hassle: Oh no... gundam fight scene will be difficult almost all is in mid-air fights, except for ground types... I'll try to do that some other time... ninja bajeena: Tnx.... I also like the part were Shinji's Eva gone Beserk(anime) hehehe!!!, That's too much directing an anime....

As for Chainer hmmm... mini review... The mecha itself is 12 inches tall, the shadowing paint is nicely done, the sword has the same height of Escaflowne, the cape is made of fine rubber (its wide that I can cover my face hehehe!!!) The problem here is the shoulder, because of the heavy cape you could'nt bend the shoulder properly, also you can't turn the head from left to right just steady.... As for the dragon mode the body itself is longer than 12 inches and also the span of its wings,(very nice I love this mode) you just have to change the cape for the pair of wings(as if yamato can make a cape turn into wings) the dragon's face has the resemblance of one of the dragons of Recca hehehe!!! Downside, you can't display it without the stand... the chicken feet (as you can see its small) of Escaflowne could not support the entire body... As my verdict I can say this is Yamato's one fine masterpiece (like macross series they have) you'll be surprise on how Yamato make the accurate transformation like what we saw in the series...

Nice kit. Very nice. But I don't like the head's articulation. Oh well, at least it's transformable.

how about durability of parts? are there some part that are fragile and prone to stress that could lead to breakage if not careful enough?

V2 Assault and Chainer... mecha mode, the stress part here is the shoulders... which connects the chest and also the cape joint at the shoulder which is also made of rubber... Dragon mode, the small legs that connects to the body... because of the heavy dragon tail it will break quickly if not well balance, and also small snap to join the tip of the tail... its so small that you might tought that its a useless part... this is folded during mecha mode... Just don't expect to much mobility...... tnx...
