PG OO Raiser In Progress
Since I'm on leave today, might as well do something productive hhehe Here are some updates on my kit, I hope I will be able to complete it before the transparent parts arrive This shows the flexibility of the feet Front view Complete leg skeleton Other side of the leg, that hole is reserved for something very special that revolutionized PG hehehe It provides another part to lock the leg to make it steady Height comparison of the leg Internal part of the hip Just like other PG it has a locking mechanism when you twist holders for the legs, but there's something more than that... it has this space to hook it up to make it steady unlike before that it slides and it loses the grip for some position Back of the waist where the beam sabers are hold Parts for the side, which you can slide down to show the holder Complete waist part Complete leg and waist That's all folks for the meantime Thanks for viewing!

nice updates parekoy... regarding the clear parts.. antimater posted this on the other thread that those clear parts are like permanent settings for the PG OO gundam... once you've put them in.. you shouldn't remove it anymore coz it can break the parts if you try to remove it... well, unless that's the settings you like to build your PG OO gundam or you have 2 of them.. 1 setting for each PG... -From HLJ Warning from Bandai regarding the optional clear parts set (sold separately): - In order to build a Perfect Grade 00 Raiser using all of the clear armor parts, an unbuilt 00 Raiser kit is needed. (In other words, you have to add the parts as you build, and cannot add all of them later once the model has been assembled.) - If you try to remove the armor parts from an already-built PG 00 Raiser, you will find there are some parts that physically cannot be removed, and some other parts are likely to be broken if you try to forcibly remove them. Therefore some parts absolutely cannot be replaced if starting with an already-built model. Your understanding on this point will be appreciated. Also, there is a risk of breaking the clear parts contained in the original PG 00 Raiser kit, and these clear parts are not included in the clear armor parts set. - Due to the nature of the material used in the clear armor parts set, once a PG 00 Raiser has been assembled using the clear armor parts, there is risk of damage if you attempt to remove the clear armor parts and replace them. The clear armor parts cannot be removed and replaced after they are put onto the model.

Nice! how do you like the ankle design so far? that round thing is so flat and bare, the kit wobbles back and front. at least mine does.

Thanks mga parekoy! nice update. whats that blue thing you used to compare the size of the leg? This is a modeler's tool which I got for free when I bought my MG Sazabi, and i also got one (orange color) from one of the issues of Dengeki Hobby Magazine. You can use this one for seperating the parts nicely or even use it as a holder for sanding xentar, thanks parekoy for this advise... it gives me now second thought of getting the clear parts but it seems it's too late for that. I will just reserve the clear parts for the meantime before assembling it to my PG Nice! how do you like the ankle design so far? that round thing is so flat and bare, the kit wobbles back and front. at least mine does. The ankle is not impressive since you can only flex it to both sides for such small angle, everything depends on joints between the legs and the waist. On the brighter side anyway, the leg can be straighten to the sides with ease
